In universe 2003, Donnie tries to experiment with the inter dimensional gun the 1987 turtles had given him. Instead, he accidentally creates a multiversal chat room for many different versions of his brothers, and counting.
It certainly makes life…interesting.TLDR: multiverse group chat between most iterations of the turtles. Starts with 2003, 2012 and 2018 but more are added as I go. 50% plot and 50% chaos.

Mikey and Donnie have just announced the beginning of their relationship, and the family are overjoyed for them and their future. That is until Raphael begins to not feel so happy about it, as their public display of romance is making him feel things about himself, and another certain turtle, that he can't explain.
What's worse is that Leo has suddenly vanished inside his room ever since the announcement, and Raph is stuck in the middle of two bad situations that is rapidly driving him to his breaking point. There's only one way to solve this dilemma and finally restore the household to what it was before.
And that's simply talking it out.

It stops Leo in his tracks so completely that it probably would have been funny in another time and place. He blinks dumbly, like the computer in his brain is rebooting. Donnie knows that this sudden temper of his was triggered by fear—that the sight of a knife flying towards his littlest brother’s head woke up something ugly in his brain that sprang to the defense in the quickest, easiest manner it could, clouding rational thought—but that doesn’t mean his words hurt any less.

Leo learns to accept the love and care of his mates and thrive despite all he's been through. Other stories might include Alternate Universes where Leo tells Donnie about being raped before leaving for Central America, or the brother's entering the hotel room while Leo is being raped. Explorations of how the story would have gone, how the turtles would have dealt with Splinter and so on.
But really, this is just a big excuse to write self indulgent gentle OT4 sex.

The subway is never crammed at this hour much to your slight, fleeting delight (it truly is the small things in life) yet a few people still dot the J train, all attention and focus buried into phones and books respectively, but not you because your phone died an hour before closing, and you don’t think you’ve read a book past the age of about fourteen when it was mandatory for school.
So when someone ambles through the doors with a giant foam turtle head, wobbling about as he talks loudly into his speakerphone, you’re about the only person on board that takes notice and watches him.
“Yep–yeah, no, Don, it’s fine.” His words coming out all choppy where the other voice on the line is punching him to the point to argue the point with him. You don’t mean to eavesdrop but they’re practically shouting at each other and you wonder with some degree of annoyance why the kid doesn’t just ditch the mascot head and speak normally.
It’s far from the strangest sight you’ve seen since you moved to the city, yet still a level of entertaining enough to watch play out before you.

It's been a year since Owari & the Foot clan disbanded & Baxter had no other choice but to go back to his old miserable life & his old miserable job. But not for long as he wants to make a superior comeback so the world can finally recognize & remember his genius. Later in the night while looking for parts to start his plan of action he accidentally discovers a hidden underground facility full of refuge Triceratons all being led by Mozar who survived the Ulixes’power cores & Fugutoid's dark matter explosion but barely, as there's barely any Triceratons left. So they're building a machine that opens up a portal to the multiverse to get more Triceratons from all over the multiverse to rebuild their army & species & then take over the multiple galaxies. Baxter gets himself discovered & small hijinx ensues, and one of his MOUSERS gets caught in the mix of the machine. Baxter's barely able to escape but now he's constantly looking over his shoulder because of this new secret he learned, if things couldn't get bad enough, he finds out there's a new batch of MOUSERS running around. Only he didn't make them. Could a copycat be related to last night's discovery?
