It’s Max’s first year at university. She arrives on campus with her two best friends PJ and Bobby in Bobby’s beat up sleeper van from the 1970s that reeks of musk, weed, and boy sweat. She doesn’t know yet what this year has in store, but she hopes it’s something to remember.
Bradley is in his final year in law school. Just trying to graduate, pass the bar, and move on with his life. That is, until someone comes along to change his perspective.

This is a sloooooooooow burn about Max Goof and Bradley Uppercrust III. In this universe everyone is a human. It takes place after the X Games, which happen in the fall semester. Everything in this fic is going to take place after that. Also, Bradley is only a year older than Max. I may break this up into a couple parts depending on how long this becomes.
Bradley ends up getting kicked out of the Gammas. And since he humiliated his family name, he now has to spend a semester in the dorms. Max ends up having to room with him due to new dorm requirements.This will be about their friendship forming and eventually turning into a romance. This will be a first person point of view from both Max and Bradley. I hope you enjoy! :)

After a publicly humiliating loss at the x-games, Bradley is cut off from everything and navigating a new life without his financial crutch has been difficult to say the lease. Desperate to get back on his feet he takes a job that's on the more unconventional side.
After his dad graduates, Max finally has the true freedom he's wanted and he was going to use his newfound freedom to let loose like all smothered kids do. He lets himself get dragged to a strip club of all places and has his entire brain chemistry changed when he sees his former rival dancing on the center stage...and he's actually good at it.

He has no one to blame but himself, so he wants to start over; letting the facade he'd taken three years to create finally break. In doing so maybe starting over with his friends, frat, and Max will bring him some much needed clarity. Bradley Uppercrust III, or 'Brad', as Maximilian Goof calls him, is back at school after being out for three weeks following the X-Games. Tank slingshotting Bradley into the blimp has forced new fears and new feelings into Bradley's life. All he wants now is to get through his last two years at State and graduate. He's on thin ice with the school and his father, so he needs to not make another mess or spill too much in therapy. However, Max seems to have other ideas.

Despite everything he'd worked so hard to portray on the surface, in that grand scheme of things, it hadn't taken much for Bradley to break himself apart. 'With the push of a button', one could say. A shiny red button and a few pyrotechnics.. The hard part was putting himself back together again, into some semblance of a man he'd like recognizing in the mirror. Brad's back at school after some court mandated therapy sessions, and close to a semester of radio silence. He's testing out some newly found (cough- cut off) financial independence and exploring some emotions he's perfectly capable of sorting out in his own time in his own head, thanks. All he wants to do is get through his last year of school under the radar and lick his wounds. But things rarely go to plan, and you can't learn to be a better person without some point of reference.
Luckily, he has a tutor. He's just a bit of a Goof.
