The opening of the National Heroes Museum was bound to be painful, in Jim's opinion. It was hard to look back on his beginning without it. But when an unexpected death leads to the Invaders having to figure out the reason behind it, he finds that there's no other choice.
So it is with considerable difficulty that Jim is forced to confront the original era of his being. A confrontation that may have ripple effects through more than just the Invaders.

He stepped forward, letting some heat flow into his arms before crouching down next to Peter and wrapping an arm around his shoulder, transferring some of that materialized heat.
“Okay,” Johnny spoke softly, “here’s the plan. We get you out of here and I’ll take you to Baxter. We’ll figure it out Pete. Promise.”
Or
Peter loses his powers, Johnny helps him live outside of Spider-Man and enjoy the normality he can give him.
