Summary
From outside the mountain, there came an ear-splitting roar. Smaug’s head whipped around and all the dwarves froze. A shudder of sheer, unadulterated fear ran through Thorin’s body and locked his limbs mid-motion.
Another dragon had come to Erebor.

“What is this? Your brother?”
“That is my wife.”
Glóin is thoroughly scandalised when that tree-loving Elf likens the image of his wife to his brother.
Óin is not amused, either.
The Company thinks it's hilarious. -

Summary
Yuletide is a time of celebration, and, of course, spending time with close friends and family.
It is also a time of practising many traditions, such as baking gingerbread men, decorating the tree and kissing under the mistletoe, to name a few.
For Bilbo Baggins and the Company of Thorin Oakenshield, their first Yuletide celebration together in Erebor will be one that they will cherish and will never forget (or rather, Gandalf will never let them forget, because they certainly will not remember much after all the eggnog that they drank).

Summary
Sometimes a wild drunken night can leave many unanswered questions the next morning, as well as hangovers. After spending a night at the local inn in Bree, hangovers are the least of the Company of Thorin's Oakenshield's worries.
For example, why are the Men of Bree suddenly afraid of Ori? How did Kíli end up in a dress? Where on Middle Earth is Glóin's locket, and who is the person responsible for the love bite on Thorin Oakenshield's neck?
But the real question on everyone's mind is: what happened last night?

Summary
Winter Hill, Boston, 1920-1933
Prohibition is in full swing. Organized crime flourishes, but even the most vicious gangs must take care.
They dare not forget the stories about the 'little folk', the 'good neighbors' who live among them. Everyone knew someone who swore they saw a little old lady (looked like your granny with a beard!) get hit by a car, only to stand up and throw the car clear across the road before dusting off and carrying on with her shopping. Tales of burst chains, and handprints in iron doors, where a prisoner had been held. Horror stories of someone pumping a body full of lead, but the intended victim ran straight up the line of fire and strangled the life out of the shooter before bleeding out.
and worse.
Durin's Boys run roughshod over the mannish gangs, distributing liquor and buying back a little of the glory they left behind in the old world. The Ri brothers make excellent alcohols, and Nori sells them at a premium price. Bifur the toymaker delivers to a few select clients through the city, and hosts parties like you would not believe.
Prohibition is just an opportunity to those who keep to the old ways, and live by the old laws.
Do not forget the little folk.

Summary
The seduction of one baffled Thorin Oakenshield, King under the mountain, by his mischievous nephews, who, to Thorin's surprise, seem to have quite a different dynamic between them than what he would have expected. He's curious and intrigued to find out what exactly is going on between them.
He finds out that Kíli is even more special than he already knew he was, seeming to be a dwarf of legends, made for pleasure (his own as well as others).
Set after BOTFA, everybody lives, nobody dies, Erebor is flourishing once more and things are going well for our favorite dwarves.

Summary
The Hobbit that Gandalf has recruited as the Company's burglar both intrigues and irritates Thorin Oakenshield. He, with his copper-coloured curly hair, his fuzzy-haired feet, his bright eyes and the rather prissy, prim-and-proper and altogether Hobbitish air he gives off, mystifies the Dwarf king to the point of annoyance and wonder.
It irks him. It confuses him. Befuddles him like an unsolvable riddle.
But why? After all, Bilbo Baggins is just a meagre burglar that looks more like a grocer than anything else – an unwanted, tag-along member who can barely recognise royalty when he sees it. Thorin Oakenshield hates him.
And yet, somewhere very deep inside the ice-cold chamber that is his heart, the Dwarf likes him, too. Or does he? He can't quite decide at this point in time. Which, of course, is driving the other Dwarves crazy.
Not that Bifur is complaining, though. After all, this is the only time that he can get one of these bloody Dwarves to eat his vegetable soup.

Everyone lives/nobody dies! Fili is now a prince in Erebor and while going about his new duties as prince, he meets a most unusual, but beautiful lass. She is mute and can only speak using the dwarven sign language, Iglishmek, but she has a voice and she's not afraid to use it. Fili falls in love. Now he is not only learning to do his princely duties, but he is also dealing with love, tragedy, assassination attempts, and getting others to accept the lass he loves and wants to make his princess can't speak. Lots of lovely family fluff and love.

Summary
"Now it is a strange thing, but things that are good to have and days that are good to spend are soon told about, and not much to listen to; while things that are uncomfortable, palpitating, and even gruesome, may make a good tale, and take a deal of telling anyway" – The Hobbit, A Short Rest
According to Bilbo Baggins' writings, the Company of Thorin Oakenshield spent two weeks in Rivendell – two weeks that Thorin and his Dwarvish companions would prefer not to talk about.
After a particular spell goes awry, Bilbo and Gandalf are suddenly saddled with thirteen baby Dwarves. They can only return to normal at the end of fourteen days. The real problem is that they age up every three days.
It's one thing to handle babies, but can Bilbo and Gandalf deal with troublesome Dwarf toddlers, unruly children, rebellious and broody teenagers, and spirited young adults in the space of fourteen days?

Óin – must not swear.
Glóin – must try to control his temper.
Bofur – must not drink.

Glóin never thought he had to share his beloved brother with anyone, least of all with a certain feisty, Khuzdûl-speaking Dwarf with an Orc axe sticking out of his head.
