Helmeppo, who was recently promoted to the rank of Captain, and Koby arrive back in Shells Town so that Helmeppo can issue a formal apology to the citizens, and he ends up agreeing to community service to earn their forgiveness.
Over this time, he begins to see the beauty in the town he’d treated so poorly before.
Unfortunately, there are roadblocks in this road to forgiveness he’s on, and ones he might not be able to handle alone.
Or, Helmeppo deals with allll his baggage. Yes, all of it. Including his horrendous daddy issues. Fuck Morgan.

Morgan's promotion to Shells Town base is an exciting time for the young marine. He's looking forward to being a hero and protecting the East Blue for the rest of his long and hopefully illustrious career of service. The sort of life that could make his family proud.
