A wail ripped through the pitter-patter of the rain falling onto the ceiling. Where's that crying coming from? You try to move your head but you can't, you're being held by someone. Why do you feel so small? You try to speak but all you could muster was a gurgle. Were you the one crying? You start crying even more, confusion taking over your now baby brain. A woman dressed like a nurse picks you up and examines your lower half. You're handed to who you think is your mother causing you to stop crying. From the corner of your eye you could see a man standing at the end of the hospital bed. "It's a girl." The nurse speaks then silence. The tension in the room. A jumbled sentence of curses and yells directed at the women you were held by. The sound of her heartbeat was calming until the man started to yell at her. His yells made you anxious causing you to start crying; that's a baby's brain for you. The man stops yelling to storm out of the room, leaving your mother to soothe you. You're glad that the man left but you're still confused. You strained your brain, trying to think about how you got here. Think.. think.. an image of a truck in your view pops in your mind. A damn truck caused you to somehow reincarnate?

Reader is a pro Hunter that lost her father, a magical beast hunter, at a young age after he went to explore the Dark Continent. After finding out her father has some dark ties to the underworld, she ends up in the hands of the infamous torturer of the Phantom Troupe, who is assigned to get answers out of the reader about her father's work. This interferes with her work as a mental disease hunter at the association, but her hard work to master a nen ability may come in handy. Definitely a mature read, designed to draw upon a lot of the lore post Anime from the Dark Continent. There will also be several mature scenes and overlapping violence and sex.

"You say that every morning," Shalnark hoisted himself up onto the counter beside you. Legs dangling over the edge, swaying back and forth slowly.
"I mean it today," You huffed, opening the freezer door. Looking at the sad, barren area. There might as well have been cobwebs, "I'm not coming back. Getting ran over."
"Yeah, sure," Phinks scoffed, ruffling your hair, much to your dismay. "You don't have the courage to step into traffic."
"Watch me."
"Watch you chicken out at the last second, Doll?"
"Watch me punch you in the face,

Feitan, Shalnark, and Phinks get bored waiting for Chrollo to call them to a mission.
So, they decided to answer a "Roommates Wanted" ad. Wanting to see how long it'd take for either their new roommate to realize they're wanted terrorists, or until one of them gets bored and kills them.
Unexpectedly this fun idea on how to spend a week or two turns out to be a lot longer than just a few weeks.

'It roughly translates to flower of assassination and lustfulness.' There was still no reaction, just the increased pressure where his hips pressed against you.
