Izuku learned at a very young age that love is conditional. Love is a reward for following the rules, love is reserved for those who are worthy of it, for those who are loveable.
Izuku was not loveable, well at least not according to anyone he'd ever met.
All he ever wanted to do was help people, to be someone worthy of loving but at 12 years old he's left with nothing and no one. Living on the streets he has to make his own way in life and maybe help some of the people in this community he's found himself in.
Follow his journey as Izuku skirts the line of the law saving people and maybe even finding someone who thinks he's worth loving. -

The crazy scientist in charge found out that because women have quirks and men don't, that Compound V kills women and tries to use Izuku to make a version that will work on women.
But after almost 10 years of being expiremented on, Izuku escapes. He runs into the slime villain and gets saved by All Might, who, before he blacks out, hears him beg: "help me."(Izuku with homelanders powers+ a bit more)

Shouta pointed his finger at his colleague, trembling, definitely scared. In a distracted way, All Might scratched his head. Laughing at Eraserhead’s reaction, of course, which was definitely degenerating:“You're supposed to be dead!”
Panicking, the teacher tried to keep the distance between him and the one his head had called "fake All Might" or "All Might of his dreams". Because there was no reason why a Toshinori Yagi should be alive and well in front of him after weeks.
They had given him a funeral. He even went.
And yet he was there in front of him.
It had to be a hallucination. And hoping for it almost made him look like a loser, especially because having hallucinations wasn’t exactly the first thing Shouta hoped to have this year:“I… I got better? They've discharged me?”
Yagi joked. Maybe to lighten the mood, but it was nothing that would calm Eraserhead down.
Seeing this, All Might’s face became more serious:“Indeed I am”
He nodded at Shouta’s exclamation, who was slowly lowering his pointing finger:“I am a ghost. And I have a very small favor to ask of you”

Toshinori reaches a hand, the one that is shattered beyond repair and drenched in blood. He gives a smile to the boy. He can feel blood smeared across his teeth. He can't imagine his smile is any reassurance, but Toshinori is dying and desperate. A piss-poor smile is all he can give.

Toshinori's words come more and more haltingly. He can feel cold darkness encroaching on his limbs already. He tilts his hand, just slightly, just enough to renew his offer to the boy. 'At-At least… Not long enough… For help to arrive in time.'

Yagi Toshinori gets caught in a building collapse in his powered-down form. As he lays dying and without a successor, he offers his quirk to a young boy who is trapped alongside him.
All Might never makes it out of the building. But Midoriya Izuku does.
With no parent and a new limb-breaking quirk, he becomes a ward of UA.

Izuku often went to the beach when he didn't know where else to go. It was always a peaceful place to sit and watch the waves, to let the issues of the day fade away with the sound of water hitting the shore. It was a little thing he did alone. Which was why it surprised him to hear a beautiful voice on the air and a tug of something telling him to follow it into the ocean.
And if Katsuki hadn't been there to drag him back from the drowning waves then there was a high chance that he never made it back out of the water. That brush with death should have told him to stay away from the ocean but the creature he saw in the water had him coming back day after day to try and see it again. It was during those return visits that Izuku finally met Hanta Sero properly.

This whole situation is going to be the death of him, he knows it.
