Welcome to another AU, Wincest story. This resulted out of a single scene my beta came up with and whoosh developed to an outgrown story about two brothers, raised apart of whom one knew about the other and one didn’t.
I hope you’re in for the long haul, because – even though I just ended plotting and started actually writing – it appears as if this is going to get damn fucking LOOOONG, stuffed full with Hurt/Comfort, Angels, a dash of demons and well … explicit content in later chapters.It’s practically a love-story with a slow start, considering – to set the scene – it’s mostly John Winchester’s POV we’re going to start off with.

Dean led a joyful and fulfilled life. Well, joyful yes with no doubt. Fulfilled, hum, not so much, although that was the usual line he ran on his friends and family when questioned. So there was definitely something missing for him to achieve completeness.
He was not really looking for it, more a go-with-the-flow kind of guy, since usually when he went after something it ended up blowing in his face.
So he was totally unprepared to be roughly pulled out of that placid state of existence by what should have been a no-strings-attached night of sex that became so much more in a few hours.

What he’s not is a commitment kind of guy, and he’s definitely not a night duty kind of guy. Things change when a hook-up-gone-wrong gets him lumped on night duty for an entire month, and to make matters worse, he’s been lumped on night duty with a brand new intern. As with all interns, Doctor Castiel Novak is cocky at best and dangerous at worst, but for some reason, and maybe it’s just the way his ass looks in those teal scrubs, Dean’s got a soft spot for the guy. Or a really hard one. Either way, it doesn’t take long for Dean’s new roster to become the least of his concerns; he wants that dorky doctor guy, and fuck, he wants him for real.

But, Sam hits him with that look and before he knows it Dean’s being shuttled off, with Sam, to an undisclosed location to film what’s promised to be groundbreaking reality tv. He’s not convinced.
Castiel is outraged to find out his obnoxious older brother Gabriel signed him up, along with himself, for the next LGBT+ dating show on Netflix. Castiel has told Gabriel until he’s blue in the face to quit trying to fix what isn’t broken but here they are, walking around blindfolded as someone guides him towards his doom. He’s going to murder Gabriel before this is over.
