Summary
The thing is that Pepper doesn't know she's pregnant.
Penny knows, because she has super-hearing and she can hear the extra heartbeat inside Pepper's stomach.
But Pepper doesn't, because Pepper is travelling loads and has very irregular periods and thinks she has food poisoning.And they don't get a lot of normal in their lives, and Penny wants to guard this little piece of normal for them, so she can't just tell Pepper. But that's fine, because Penny can keep this to herself until her parents work it out. She can. (She can't.)
