Little starry-eyed Deku wears a meticulous replica of his hero costume, identical down to the new dual-lock buckles on his leg braces.
Ashido prances over for a closer look. “Oooh Greeny! Looks like you got a secret admirer! Aww! Look at his itty-bitty red sneakers! Oh my god, the detail on the lacing is downright obsessive!” she shrieks at volume and Izuku dearly wishes she would be quiet.

Well, here I fucking am! You want entertainment? You want revenge? I’m the one you fucking want.”
In his experience, ‘entertainment’ was often in the form of breaking people’s will when it came to villains.
She wanted to break them, and she wanted to have fun with it. Katsuki would be a challenge she couldn't help herself from taking on.

Summary
Time began to dissolve into nothingness. The coffin filled with water, Katsuki held his breath as long as he could, eventually he’d drown, then the water would drain and he’d revive. Repeat. Repeat. Fucking repeat. He stopped counting after several dozen. Maybe halfway through, he assumed it became more about torturing Katsuki than it ever was an attempt to convert him to their cause.
After another dozen deaths, he stopped fighting it. He stopped trying to hack the water from his lungs each time he revived and the water drained. He stopped trying to fight the water. He’d willingly suck it down the moment it filled past his face. Katsuki stopped fighting the reality that he was going to die only seconds after being brought back to life.
Katsuki stopped fearing death, because death lost all meaning.
