The perils of my own mind have tormented me once again and as soon as I reached this point in the game, I decided I had to get a million Marabucks. Why? I don't. Know...
Things I learned/experienced along the way on my Pachinko journey:
NOT what the difference between white and blue pegs was. White seems to give some amount of points, though I figured blue gives more? Generally I prioritized blue but idk the difference.
Sometimes the points bar would randomly jump down but it wouldn't actually affect what tier you got prizes for, just the visual.
Using the "play again" feature made payout very glitchy; sometimes it would give me a thousand too few coins, sometimes a thousand extra compared to what I was supposed to earn.
The game is max four rounds, but you can achieve jackpot in three pretty easily. If you still clear out the red pegs in round three when you already have jackpot you'll get an extra round anyways. If you're clearing all the red pegs it's pretty much impossible to not get the jackpot.
If you clear all pegs (red/white/blue) at the same time as you run out of balls on any round but the last it ends the game early. I suspect this is because both clearing the board and running out of balls make the game progress to the next stage, and if it does that twice in a row then it'd say you progressed the upcoming one even though you have all the red pegs still on the board.
If you finish the final round by clearing out all pegs (red/white/blue) and hit play again with balls still left to use, you will play the next round with what I believe is ONLY those extra shots. E.x. I finished a couple games like this only to get a game over after just one or two shots in the replay.
The rounds vary WILDLY in difficulty with what I think is pure random chance; sometimes a round one would give me TONS of red pegs and sometimes a round three would give me like, six of them. I didn't keep count.
Gambling is fun when it's very easy to win. This took a while and I lament I still haven't done anyone's FTEs or like, actually seen what happens this chapter, but honestly this was a less painful grind than anticipated. Though part of that could be because...
