IGT Introduces Prosperity Link™ to U.S. iGaming Market, Signs Colorado Lottery Contract

International Game Technology PLC (IGT) has unveiled the highly anticipated Prosperity Link™ game within its IGT PlayDigital™ iGaming content library in the United States. This release marks a significant milestone as the renowned casino game becomes available for commercial iGaming operators in Pennsylvania, Michigan, New Jersey, Connecticut, and West Virginia.

“Providing our customers with multi-channel content such as Prosperity Link is an important differentiator for IGT PlayDigital and a cornerstone of our global content strategy,” stated Gil Rotem, IGT PlayDigital President. “Given Prosperity Link’s continued success in gaming venues worldwide, players have developed an affinity for the game and readily enjoy its compelling gameplay and bonus mechanics.”

Prosperity Link Wan Shi Ru Yi™ is the first title from the Prosperity Link game family to make its online debut in the U.S. The game features a 5×3 reel configuration and offers 243 ways to win. It incorporates innovative mechanics such as Money Balls and Prosperity Pots, critical to its success in land-based casinos. IGT PlayDigital plans to release additional Prosperity Link game themes online in 2024, with Prosperity Link Cai Yun Heng Tong™ being the next in line.

The land-based version of Prosperity Link has earned considerable acclaim, winning the “Best Slot Product” at the 2022 GGB Gaming & Technology Awards and building a substantial player base globally. Currently, IGT offers six distinct Prosperity Link-based game themes.

IGT Secures Seven-Year Contract with Colorado Lottery

In related news, IGT Global Solutions Corporation, a subsidiary of IGT, has signed a seven-year contract with the Colorado Lottery. This agreement, which includes seven one-year extension options, is set to run through July 12, 2032. Under this contract, IGT will deploy new lottery central systems, upgrade retailer equipment, and launch a mobile convenience app with Scan and Redeem functionality.

The Colorado Lottery will benefit from IGT’s Aurora™ central system, part of the OMNIA™ integrated lottery solution. This system offers a comprehensive view of player data, enhancing the Lottery’s product portfolio and improving marketing communications.

As part of the contract, IGT will upgrade all lottery retailer equipment across Colorado and deploy a new mobile app featuring Scan and Redeem. This solution allows players to scan draw-based or instant scratch tickets with their mobile app to redeem winnings directly into their linked bank account via automated clearing house (ACH) transfer.

IGT holds a dominant position in the global lottery market, being the primary technology provider for 26 of the 46 lotteries in the U.S., eight of the world’s ten largest lotteries, and 16 of the top 25 lotteries globally.
