    13 years old boy come to the dental clinic with the following symptoms:
    pain in the first upper permanent tooth after fight with his classmate a couple
    of hours ago. The boy is saying that he had hit his face at the desk.

    Anamnesis morbi: The boy is feeling pain as he breathing, when he drink cold
    water. There isn`t spontaneus pain, n

    Anamnesis vitae: The boy is in good general condition, consious, there is no


    information about loosing consious after the fight, no vommiting, no
    neurogical symptoms. There isn`t any facial asymethry.

    Status localis intraoralis: The boy is with permenent dentition, good oral
    hygiene, Tooth 11 is with missing incisal part with lack of pathological
    mobility, , no displacement teeth, there isn`t severing bleeding of the gum and
    soft tissues. The teeth next to 11 are intact, the lower teeth are also iwithout
    any fractures or displacement. Sympthomatic tooth is positive to cold test and
    the boy is feeling pain while air is applied.

    Diagnosis: The diagnosis is based on the clinical examination and
    paraclinical findings. A X-ray is made to show more details about the
    tooth. On the radiography again we can see the fratured tooth 11,
    wider periodontal space.

    Diagnosis: Fracture coronae dentis 11.

    Differential diagnosis:
    Intrusio dentis
    Pulpitis acuta serosa
