3 cups water 1 cup banana, mashed
2 sachet gelatin powder 1 cup sugar
2 cups sugar 2 pieces raw eggs
1 can condensed milk ½ cup cooking oil
1 can evaporated milk (370ml) 1 tsp teaspoon salt
1 can fruit cocktail and juice 1 tsp vanilla essence
1½ cups all-purpose flour
Procedure: 1 tsp baking soda or 2 tsp baking powder
1. Pour water in a bowl, bring to boil
2. Add gelatin, mix well until fully dissolved and melt Procedure:

juice and simmer for at least 3-5 minutes salt, and baking soda.

for a few minutes. Transfer the banana bread on a serving
plate.
7. You may put the bread in the fridge to cool or serve
