    Participating Organizations

    The Polytechnic University of the Philippines Quezon City Campus held its two day second Strategic and Organizational Planning during the vacation period. The main objective of the aforementioned plan is to consolidate all the student organizations inside the university. The main organizer of the said strategic planning was the Supreme Student Council (SSC) with the help of major organizations JMS, D Innovators, FBTO,CommITS and DOMT.CS. The opening program was held on the first day. The invocation was led by Mr. Mon GenardD. Real, Business Manager of SSC. It was followed by the singing of the National Anthem led by Ms.ChelzeaE. Torayno, Associate Public Affairs of SSC, and the opening remarks from our SSC President, Ms. Lara Marie M. Bueno.

    This was followed by the discussion of the main topic of the program the Mission, Vision, Goal and Objectives of the organizations for the studentry and team building activities and games that were prepared by the Supreme Student Council.

    The discussion of A ction Plan and Drawing of One Year Plans & Programs, led by Dr. Jennifor Aguilar, was held after the activities and games. Then, Ms. ChayDionco of Campus Life managed the night discussion with meaningful messages. The night activity was done by the SSC 2012-2013 and 2013-2014, led by the former president, Mr. Jaime Agub. On the second day of the program, the topic for Event Management was also discussed by Mr. Jaime Agub. He taught the student leaders how to manage their events and activities. It was followed by the discussion of Prof. Diana Lee Tracy Chan about Time Management that taught the student leaders how to manage their time and lead the student at the same time. Then, the delegates listened to the inspirational messages of Atty. Richard Fulleros about Leadership. The program was ended by the inspirational messages from Dr. Jennifor Aguilar and our beloved director, Dr. Pascualito B. Gatan.
