Experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of enabling ideas to products in production. Working with

• Managing Microsoft Dynamic CRM deployment project to manage the entire interaction activity with Triple C
customers.
• Verify that data documented within internal software systems is entered accurately and in a timely manner by
team members.
• Deploy Company internal BI solution, analyzing employee’s activity to improve customer support response and
quality. Designed reporting format, leveraging multiple database systems, to streamline data used by members of
global product team.
• Deploy “Triple C” IPTV solution, including QA process with 4 different independent systems.
• Primary interface for design group, merchandising and vendors through all stages in the product development
cycle (concept to customer)
• Deploy “Triple C” IPTV NOC that allow online monitoring of end users set top box usage.
• Design & Deployment automation and control systems – deploy online self-support portal for the Company's
customers, with self-communication system and auto response to the Company's customers without requiring
intervention of a human factor.
• Deploy IP Telephony solution - design and deploy end to end solution to the customer support center. Negotiate
pricing, quantity, and lead-time delivery terms for key product inputs from factories, producers, and suppliers.
• Marketing and advertising of the company ISP & IPTV products
• Budget management, Responsible for overall costing of each component of the product to gain year-on-year
increase in gross profit.
