THE HEAD
Head bends (say yes)
The head is straight and the gaze is directed straight ahead. Head flexion (as if to say yes or look at your
feet) without moving the rest of the body.

THE ARMS
The arms are folded against the chest, the fists closed.
It is possible to observe at this point how the thumbs are positioned and then
work on closing the hand.
Atlas
Initial position. Raise your arms above your head with your
palms facing up like Atlas holding up the world.
Hands to ears
Starting position, arms alongside the body. The hands come in front of the body like
to say stop!
