Worldwide Commerce PH is a startup ecommerce store that sells Apparels and


accessories for the young, trendy, and stylish individual who goes out and stays stylish. The
clothes are unique and designed to fit the latest trends of the most popular online YouTube
or TikTok celebrities, yet functional and comfortable for fashion trendy or even just hanging
out. All products are made in China, are made with the highest quality fabric, and come with
a money-back customer guarantee if the fit or style doesn’t satisfy the customer. Worldwide
Commerce PH is sold exclusively online; no retailers will be carrying any WWC PH products.

Worldwide Commerce PH is owned by Prince Clement Romero. He will utilize a drop


shipping company to receive all orders placed on Worldwide Commerce PH, fulfill the order,
and ship directly to the consumers. He will also employ a small team of creative designers to
develop the website and social media presence by utilizing targeted social media ads and
will recruit social media influencers as brand ambassadors. Most of all, He will employ a
team of customer service representatives to ensure complete and guaranteed customer
satisfaction.

Operation Functions:

A.Prince Clement Romero will be Owner and CEO of Worldwide Commerce PH. He will
oversee strategy, growth, product design, and drop shipper communication.

B.A Team of Customer Service Representatives to answer customer calls, emails, returns,
and any other customer issues.

C.Team of Creative Designers to develop the website, social media posts, photography, SEO,
and targeted ad campaigns on social media sites.

D.Worldwide Commerce PH will have an agreement in place with a drop shipper who will
fulfill all product orders and ship them directly to the consumer. Worldwide Commerce PH
will not have its own warehouse, all product inventory and shipping will go through the drop
shipper.

products sold on Worldwide Commerce PH.

The cost drivers will be the cost to maintain the drop shipper per the contract. The drop

salaries for the creative team and customer service representatives. Lastly, other cost
