Business Development Executive JD

Key Accountabilities

● Develops and executes sales strategies which result in exceeding revenue targets
● Building database of prospects, establishing contact with them, generating interest
● Works with Account Managers, Client Servicing Team and clients developing a result driven
marketing solutions across multiple platforms
● Work closely with account managers to prepare sales pitches
● Attends sales calls/meetings with Account Executives to develop new accounts and maximize
existing accounts
● Performs other duties as assigned
● Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to generate leads
● Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
● Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
● Create and deliver presentations to potential clients
● Negotiate contracts and close deals
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success
● Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in marketing(Only Final Year students allowed), or done a digital marketing
course
● Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or business development
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong negotiation and closing skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
● Willingness to travel as needed

CTC-Rs 3 lakh to Rs 5 lakh per annum
