issue or defect in the software or hardware the user use to login with his/her login Id and raise the ticket. Auto
generated mails use to fire to the system administrator once the user submits the ticket. The System Administrator
used to get the alert and when he resolves the issue the Auto generated mails used to go to the user who has raised
the ticket. Reports were generated using the Crystal Reports. The management used to get the reports based on
weekly, monthly and daily basis.
