IAT Insurance Group (IAT) is a privately-owned specialty insurance company headquartered in Raleigh,
North Carolina, providing a wide range of property and casualty insurance products to meet the needs of
individuals and businesses.
With 30+ office locations, IAT has a large footprint throughout the United States.
It provides insurance for commercial risks involving Commercial General Liability (CGL), Liquor Liability,
property, and Specialty Excess/umbrella in addition to a number of secondary coverage’s. Most coverage’s
offered are considered part of the Surplus Lines market.
IAT is using the widely used Insurance tool called as Duck creek and Coforge as an implementation partner
would develop and provide a working application that would cater to their needs of Policy, Claims and
Insights. There are multiple teams with each team supporting different modules.

Responsibilities:

 Involved in Test Cases creation, test cases execution and defect tracking of Policy and
Claim Centermodules.
 Involved in Regression testing to verify the flaws if any.
 Creation of Automation scripts using Dukcreek Automation tool called TAC (Test
AutomationCenter).
 Preparation of all testing artifacts to ensure quality was maintained throughout the process.

TD Insurance is part of the TD Bank Group, one of Canada’s largest financial services organizations. We work
in two sectors: general insurance and life and health insurance. It was a project which was dealing with
property and causality insurance
It was an Agile project with a 3 weeks sprint. The focus of the team was 100% automation of the application
which in turn was a challenging feat to achieve.

Responsibilities

 Involved in E2E Functional Automation test script design for Policy life cycle using UFT.
 Involved in Regression test script design and execution of Claims module to verify the flaws
if any after completion of each script
 Involved in development and documentation of all test plans and specifications
for smooth integration of every sprint.
