Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD), Irvine, CA
• Manage preparation of 2020 Urban Water Management Plan, Embedded Energy Plan, Pumping Surcharge Rate
Analysis, and groundwater banking condition updates. Mentored and trained new staff and interns as needed.
• Execute annual reports for OCWD SGMA Basin 8-1, DWR AWSDA, IRWD GHG Inventory and Verification, Water
Banking Business Plan, as well as water invoicing and rent payments from ranch lessees in Kern County and PVID.
• Develop the monthly Board Committee Supply Reliability Hydrologic Conditions Update – quantify and consolidate
existing forecast projections (USBR, Army Corps, NOAA, DWR) for Colorado River Operations, the State Water
Project, Central Valley Project, and Kern River via Lake Isabella Dam.
• Pioneer results on special projects including AEM Parcel Analysis, legal research and water rights evaluations, maps,
groundwater modeling, climate studies, and external presentations for Directors and General Manager, upon request.

West Basin Municipal Water District (WBMWD), Carson, CA
• Generated research, analyzed data, and prepared: board memos, legislative information briefs, ArcGIS maps, and
internal reports for water managers and member agencies – including the annual Water Use Report, custom planning
models, demand assessments, water use projections, and financial analyses.
• Administered grants for rebate programs, participated in development of strategic planning documents (e.g. UWMP
