    name in to be included in the stalker program.
    The stalkers did not choose you. They are just
    doing their job to earn all the illegally laundered
    tax payer money that they can. Most targets have
    offended someone or have knowledge of criminal
    activity or both of the chooser. The chooser
    wants you to be abused for the rest of your life.

    problem started when I moved into a apartment
    complex that decided after I had lived there for
    four years that I did not fit their criteria to live
    there. I have never been arrested but I was in
