1.0 Technical
1.1 POM request for details for man power and planning. JVB updated the JVB
manpower to date as follows:
1. Barbender – 18
2. Concreter / General Worker – 5c/8gn
3. Carpenter – 52 (including Peri/Scaffolder))

5. Skim coat – 5
6. Plasterer – 9
Total 112

JVB presented the Revised Work Program (Rev.4) with considering end
date of EIGTH (8) weeks EOT. POM informed that EOT approved by
consultant is up until 15/02/24. JVB informed that extension of 1m column
height should be entitled for EOT.
JVB informed that by Mid-October the overtime works shall be reduced.

1.2 POM urge JVB to start staircase. JVB to update on the RC works for JVB
staircase.

1.3 JVB submitted the drawing and design on 13/9. POM had reviewed and POM, JVB
commented on the drawing submitted.
JVB will submit the quotation by 27/10. POM will revert.
POM informed that CPM is reviewing the escape platform design.
JVB informed that the fabrication will take 3-4 weeks and installation will
take 2 weeks. JVB requested for confirmation by Dec 2023.
POM confirmed on the design.
POM confirmed request to start on the fabrication.
JVB target to install by 3rd WEEK Jan 2024.
1.4 JVB informed that ZL did not prefer to construct the ground slab without POM, JVB
fully cover above.
JVB target to start casting Ground Floor slab on 15/9. Zacklim machineries
were mob in on 14/09.
POM remind that any spillage when concreting 1st floor onto ground floor
shall be repaired and JVB to take precautions.
POM will highlight regarding concrete supply to Clients and Consultant.
JVB had emailed regarding the possibility of crack occurrence at 1st floor
topping.
POM requested the details for the similar project to compare with EH
project.
POM requested to use polyurethane sealant for saw cut filler.
1.5 JVB informed and explained that the piling work at rear side (slab POM, JVB
strengthening) need to do later because of the logistic issue when steel
structure and roofing works started.
JVB informed piling rig target to mob in by 15/11.
Piling rig mob in 16/11, Pile material 17/11.
JVB updated slab strengthening completed. PDA shall be conducted by 2nd
WEEK December 2023.
1.6 Zone A roof completed. JVB informed Zone B Roofing shall commence on JVB
15/11.

JVB informed roofing production will complete by 18/11 and installation

target to start on 23/11. Zone B installation start from GL 14 towards GL 1.

Zone B target to complete by 9/12/23. Jack roof to start 13/12/23.

1.7 JVB update that MBSJ verbally have no issue on the proposal. MBSJ POM, JVB
preparing the letter of approval and will issue once obtained the Pengarah
signature. JVB informed TNB compact sub shall be ready by End of July
2023.

TNB request the MSB room need to be ready before they start the power.
Target to energized by Dec 23.

POM informed the application for permit is ongoing and target to submit
by next week.

Compact Sub delivered to site on 13/11.

POM updated that TNB requires 3m wide and 28m long of area for future
connection. POM updated that the submission pending payment by EHU.

2.0 M&E

2.1 POM informed that toilet cubical confirm by EH. The toilet shall be stainless POM, JVB
steel at GF, but for other floors approved as submitted.

POM informed that the data and electrical socket were finalized for MZ 1
but not yet finalized for MZ 2. POM informed that MZ 2 layout shall be
based on the construction drawing.

JVB (M&E) informed there will be VOs for Electrical and ACMV. ACMV VO
due to additional cooper pipe and drain pipe.

JVB informed that if additional RC structure required to support the

outdoor unit, it will have a cost impact.

Shop drawing genset still pending JPGen approval and JPGen request for
A1 size shop drawing for approval. Emergency light approved. POM update
street lighting verbally approved.

2.2 POM requested JVB to do the M&E Coordination Drawing. JVB informed POM, JVB,
request the all the NSC’s drawing to incorporate into the Coordination ALL NSC
Drawing.

POM request any changes on the drawings, need to be submitted.

2.3 Transelevator informed that the delivery for half of the Cargo Lift TEM
scheduled to be delivered by Mid November 2023 and remaining in Mid
December 2023. Installation will start once the half of the lift delivered. –
Delivery 23/11. New delivery date 7/12 and 31/12. Date postponed to 2nd
Week December.

3.2 POM requested JVB to submit SKK product for painting, following the POM, JVB
Nippon color scheme. Elastic paint for external and emulsion for internal
wall. SKK painting no issues. JVB to submit painting for ALL ancillaries for
client approval.

POM requested JVB to confirmed with the fireproof painting on the

interface of steel structure element that will not be fireproof painted.

JVB informed that wall cladding will cover before the painting works.
Target on Nov 23. NEW DATE – Early Jan 2024.

POM informed there is no painting works at Staircase area indicated in

drawing. POM to make RFIN to CPM regarding painting for Staircase.

POM requested JVB to arrange the mock up fire paint ASAP.

CPM approved the cementitious fire paint with box-up cover. JVB
informed all M&E can proceed with bracket installation and JVB will cover
the services during painting work.

4.2 POM remind JVB not to violate the safe working procedure on the OSD, INFO
that requires the AGT test.

4.3 POM reminded that Staircase construction to have proper fall prevention JVB
method. JVB had constructed the fall prevention using scaffolding.

POM remind that the scaffold needs to be installed by proper designated

person and to tie up the scaffolding platform to the wall/column.

4.4 POM reminded that Mobile Elevated Working Platform (MEWP) need to be
trained to workers. Any equipment/machineries mob in to the site need to
go through inspection.

4.5 POM raised the concern on the urinate issue found at site. All contractors
need to aware and use the dedicated toilets.
