• Monitoring of each residential home’s progress to consistently achieve target minutes of care per resident per day.
• Measure, analyse and report on workforce labour costs including agency usage and overtime.
• Optimise rostering and staff management practises in residential facilities to align with budget while maintaining high-
quality care throughout homes.
• Facilitate regular meetings, training and informational sessions with administration and rostering staff of each home to
transition centralised practises and meet performance deliverables/KPIs.
• Collaboration with residence managers and site staff of each facility to understand and meet their workforce,
recruitment and rostering needs that align with their existing resident profile.
