    Tournament Rules & Regulations:


    1) Entry fee once deposited, will not be returned.
    2) Default time (Walk over time) will be 15 minutes.
    3) Time Control: 90 minutes with 30 Sec increment from move 1
    4) Latest FIDE rules will be applied. In case of any dispute, the decision
    of Chief Arbiter will be final & binding to all.
    5) The tournament will be conducted as per the FIDE Laws of Chess and
    played 10 rounds in Swiss System.
    6) In case of tie, prize money will not be shared. One player always eligible
    for one higher category Prize only.
    7) Tie Breaks: Latest tie breaking system of fide rated events will be
    followed.
    8) AICF registration for the year 2023-24 is mandatory for all participants.
    9) Organiser has the right to accept or reject any entry without assigning
    any reason.
    10) Protest if any against the decision of any Arbiter shall be made in
    writing with a protest fee of Rs. 1000/- within 15 minutes of the
    occurrence of the incident to the appeals committee.
    11) AICF has banned using Wrist watches of any kind, mobile phones or
    any electronic gadget during the game. Violating this rule will lead to
    the loss of the game.
    12) Last date of registration is 8 pm on 20th January 24. No spot entry.

    ❖ For Bangladesh Players : Rs. 1000/-

    Accommodation: Limited dormitory beds on sharing basis are available


    at the venue on first come first serve basis as per rates. 1) For Players : Rs.
    100/- per day. 2) For accompanying person: Rs. 200/- per day. Interested
    players/persons must intimate their choice in advance during sending the
    entry fee.
