The Organizers have the right to close the Entry & the Late Entry Section anytime they wish and the
Organizers/AICF/BCA/DCAPM have the right to accept or reject any entry without assigning any reason.

a) Players can easily enrol their names with Entry Fees on www.paychessentry.com by clicking
on our event, filing up an Online Form and an Online Payment Process. If you don’t want to use your
own card, then simply go to any nearby Cyber Café where Online Competitive Examinations’ form fill
up done.

b) Players can easily pay also through Google Pay. Maheshwar P 8653252983. WhatsApp the

any missing entries and such kind of mistakes cannot be entertained at the Venue.

 RULES & REGULATIONS
System of Play:

System of Play: The Tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System
of 10 rounds.

Time Control: 90 Minutes each with 30 seconds increment from move no.1. [N.B. – Players are
requested to bring their own chess clocks.]

Tie Break: In case of a tie, the latest FIDE rules will come into effect. The cash prizes, however, will
not be shared.

Protest: Chief Arbiter’s decision will be FINAL. Protest, if any, shall be made in writing with a protest
fee of Rs. 500/- within 15 mins. of the occurrence of the incident. The protest fee will be refunded, if
the appeal is upheld.

AICF Registration:

Online ( http://aicf.in/online-player-registration for New Player & http://aicf.in/player-search/?q=

for Existing Player) AICF registration for 2019-20 is compulsory (for all Indian participants) before
the Tournament. Those who have FIDE IDs must Active their Profiles with AICF fees of Rs.250 and
show proof thereof before the Tournament. From 1st September, 2017 all new and renewal of AICF
registration is being accepted only through ONLINE. This should be done prior to the tournament
starts. No entry will be accepted without furnishing of AICF registration number. Furnishing of e-mail id
of the player is compulsory.

BCA & DCAPM Registration:

BCA (For West Bengal Players only) and DCAPM (For Paschim Medinipur District Players only)
registration for 2019-2020 is compulsory. The registration fees of Rs.200/- for BCA and Rs.100/- for
DCAPM.

ROUTE
From Giri Maidan Or Kharagpur Rly Station (Bus Stand side) come at Raj Laxmi Sweets,
Malancha (the nearest stoppage from the venue) by Malancha Auto or by Toto.
