GENERAL FEATURES
GAMI Residential Ducted split air conditioners are designed and manufactured with the following characteristics.

• Operating efficiently with refrigerant R410A


• Operating up to 52°C ambient temperature due to efficient size of condenser coil.
• Easy maintenance as access is provided for all the operating items.
• Operating at low noise and vibration level.
• Evaporator fan motor is of 3 speed factory preselected on a 5 speed motor.
• Expansion device is thermostatic expansion valve for all models.
• Power supply for models up to 3 ton is 230V/50HZ/1Ph and 400V/50HZ/3Ph for all other models.

6. CASING/STRUCTURE

The unit casing is made of zinc coated galva-nized steel


sheets conforming to ASTM A653, electrostatic powder
coated with approximate 75 microns coat, to ensure more
than 1000 hours endurance at salt spray test as per ASTM
B117.

The drain pan of the unit is also manufactured with the


same way as standard.

The structure permits easy access to all the working parts


of the unit, so the maintenance of the unit is very easy.

7. ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL

The electrical panel is of PCB + Thermostat type sensing


the return air temperature for operation. Both wall
mounted thermostat and remote control is standard for
all models.

In the control panel the following are included:

• Common contactor for the compressor and condenser

• Phase loss and phase rotation protection device as
