    Product Description
    A single pack, acrylic finish with good gloss and good durability.

    Recommended Uses
    As a decorative glossy finish, suitable for use on areas above the waterline.

    Surface Preparations
    All surfaces to be coated must be clean, dry and free from contamination. High pressure fresh water wash or fresh water
    wash, as appropriate, and remove all oil or grease, soluble contaminants and other foreign matter in accordance with
    SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning.

    Newbuilding HilonDeco Cryl 9200 should be always applied over a recommended primer coating scheme.
    /Refurbishment The primer surface should be dry and free from all contamination, and HilonDeco Cryl 9200
    must be applied within the overcoating intervals specified (refer to the relevant product
    datasheet).
    Areas of breakdown, damage etc., should be prepared to the specified standard (e.g. Sa2½
    (ISO 8501-1:2007) and primed prior to the application.
    Aged coating HilonDeco Cryl 9200 may be applied directly over aged HilonDeco Cryl 9200 following thorough
    fresh water washing and degreasing provided the coating to be overcoated is in an intact and
    tightly adherent condition.

    Application
    Application Condition The temperature of the substrate should be at least 3℃ above the dew point of the air. Good
    ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure proper drying.
    Mixing One pack product should always be mixed thoroughly with a power agitator before application.
