Basic concept of Customs Clearance and Customs Clearance Procedures for Imported
Freight Forwarding. Goods. Duty Drawback Scheme. Duty Free
An overview of the Customs Act 1962. Import against Advance Authorization
Customs Tariff Act, 1975 and Foreign Trade Scheme, DFIA and EPCG Scheme.
Policy. Duty Free Imports against Trade Agreement.
Type of Customs Duties. INCOTERMS.
Classification of Goods under HSN Systems. Concept of ICD / Consolidation / CFS.
Valuation under the Custom Act, 1962. Containerization and FCL / LCL Cargos.
Customs Clearance Procedures for Export Principle of freight calculation.
Goods. Case studies etc.
After completing the course, Course Completion Certificate issued by
“National Institute of Foreign Trade” based on 75% attendance and
those who wish to appear for Final Exam, Exams are conducted by IMC
Chamber of Commerce and Industry, for Advanced Certificate in Logistics
and Supply Chain Management only he/she can appear for exams after
paying Examination Fee to IMC. After passing Certificate and Marks – Sheet
