    Praise be our Creator in Heaven.

    As the opening of classes comes August 24 is fast approaching, the Department of Education is
    accelerating the preparation through capacitating the teaching and non-teaching staff, ensuring
    readiness and cleanliness of our school environment and infrastructure and is developing alternative
    delivery modes for teaching in this new normal.

    In line with this, the undersigned would like to request for a certification /permission to conduct Series
    of Parent Orientation on the new learning modalities on the following schedule;
    SCHOOL DATE
    Tabontabon ES August 14, 2020 (a.m and p.m session)
    Sawangan ES August 17-20, 2020 (a.m and p.m session)
    Concepcion ES August 18-19, 2020 (a.m and p.m session)
    Katipunan ES August 17-18, 2020 (a.m and p.m session)
    San Vicente PS August 18, 2020 (a.m and p.m session)

    Rest assured, the schools shall be adhering strictly to the physical distancing measures and health
    protocols to protect each of the parents and the teachers from the Virus.
