Glad to hear from you. The English Workshop organised by the school are fantastic and enjoyable! I
had widen my spectrum of knowledge a lot in this workshop. However, I feel very sad you couldn’t
join, but I will share some of the information and fun thing to you.
There are lot of fun activities in the workshop like scraber, essay competition and so forth. The activity
I liked the most is speed quiz. It is a quiz that give a lot of new vocabularies which allow the
participant guess what is the meaning of the word. In the same time, the judger will also limit the
answering time. I like it because it was really exhilarating and give me a sence of accomplishment
when I had get the correct answer. Besides, I found that it can improve language commend.
You are right. The participant should sleep in the dormitory. yes, I like it so much. By living under the
same roof, I can make new friend who come form diff class as well as improving camaraderie
between classmate.
That’s right! The school will organise Japanese Workshop next week and I heard the school even
invited some of the alumni of school who work at Tokyo to give some sharing in this workshop. I am
afraid I couldn’t make it as I need to prepare for my MUET exam recently.

Hi Filix,
I am sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. I hope you are getting better now. The English
workshop was fun. All of us had an enjoyable time.
There were a slot of activities organised by the speaker to improve our English language. There were
songs, impromptu speeches and Win, Lose or Draw games , but the activity that I enjoyed the most
was the Shadow Play. We had to create our own poem and act it our behind a white screen. There
was lots if laughter throughout this activity.
Yes, all of us had to sleep in the dormitory. There were six of us sharing one dorm. It was great fun.
This was my first experience sleeping in the dorm and we chatted the whole night.
I will definitely be participating in the next workshop. Let’s sign up for the workshop together.
