Dear Mrs. Ruiz:
I am writing to express interest in having a space in your department store to

sell our varied fashion collection of essential items for men. MF Design is a
blue-chip company, has 20 years of experience and operation in the Latin
American market. The hallmark which defines us, is our complete focus on
green and responsible fashion, while offering high quality handmade and
custom-made suits for today’s executive man. The sustainable development is
real for us and has led us to a great position in the markets of Colombia,
Panama, Argentina, and Peru, as one of the most chosen fashion brands by
high-class men. And it is exactly what could lead us to be pioneers in Spain,
through your shops.
Our raw materials come from 100% recycled fabrics and state-of-the-art
processes, to offer the highest quality shirts, jackets, pants, and accessories for
men. We have a program to collect textiles that have no longer use, in which
people take from old bedsheets to broken socks to our shops and in exchange,
depending on the amount, we give them discounts and even products. The
process is basically: Firstly, things like zippers and buttons are taken out;
secondly, fabrics are classified; thirdly, it is time to let mechanical recycling
takes place, by shredding the fibers; then we proceed with the carding, in other
words, a deep cleaning and what is left it is finally spin, and this is how we
obtain material for our products. People feel motivated because of the benefits
we give, plus they are helping the world, not just getting rid of things, but giving
them a second chance. Besides, one of the most appreciated features by our
customers is the perfect fit of all our garments and accessories to most
situations that can take place in everyday life, in familiar, social, or work
environment. Our secret is in the cut of clothes, the last adjustments we make
to every single client with the seamstress we have in all shops and the wide
variety of items offered to satisfice the various needs; always looking to make
man feel modern, smart, empowered, and safe.

Clients are the most important thing to us. That is why, we make sure that from
the moment the customers come into our stores, they have a unique experience
from the senses to the best service. Thus, smells, music, and the environment
we place, are perfect to make them feel as a unique and special person. If you
give us the opportunity, we would like to enrich you from our experience. We

consumers in there, because of your status, style, and class. We look forward to
