1. In the MBA and MPA non-thesis programs, the following amendments in the
implementation of MBA 216 (Seminar in Business Administration) and MPA
214 (Seminar in Public Administration) are hereby made effective the 2nd
Semester of SY 2022-2023.
c). When completed, every student should present his paper to the Professor
for evaluation and if found complying with the course requirement
the Professor endorses the said paper to the RDIC for the Test of
Similarity and to the English Editing Committee. To be endorsed, the
student should present receipt from the University Accounting office
covering payment of a fee of Three thousand Pesos.
d) The certification of the RDIC that the paper passed the Similarity Index
Rate of not more than 15% and the Certificate issued by the English
Editing Committee should be included in the binding of the paper to be
submitted and accepted by the Professor as partial fulfillment of the
requirements of both MBA 216 and MPA 214 courses.
2. A student enrolled in MBA 216 and MPA 214 is required to submit to his
Professor one hard-bound copy of his paper. In turn, the Professor shall
submit to the Graduate School the copy, with his approval and grade, at the
close of the semester or term together with the Grade Sheets and other
required submissions. If a student wants a copy for himself he may submit
two copies.
3. A student who is enrolling for the first time and one who is re-enrolling in
MBA 216 or MPA 214 are covered by this Memorandum. However, those
who are nearing completion and about to defend their Project Papers before
a defense panel and have paid the fees for the adviser, ethics review, and for
the defense, shall continue under the former practice.
