I. PROJECT RATIONALE:
The main goal of “Lakbay tungo sa Karunungan” is to introduce the concept of a youth
being engage in our community while helping street children, who are not capable to go to
school and learn because of poverty. In this project we want the children to enjoy and be
inspired to have dreams in life, even there’s a numerous type of discouragement through
many forms of negatively. Our project seems to have a surplus day to teach the children and
still manage our personal life.
All children have a right to learn and improve their selves. Our project aims to help
every each of them to gain the basic academic knowledge that may help their daily lives. We
want to give light that might guide them to the right path that we wanted. It is easy to dream
but we are determined to pursue and continue our “Lakbay tungo sa Karunungan” project.
II. PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

C. To sell pre-loved clothes to support our project and beneficiaries.

V. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) preparation to sell preloved clothes
Day 1 (Friday): We will prepare and collect unused clothes from family member.
Day 2 (Saturday): We will wash the unused clothes that we collected.
Day 3 (Sunday): We will now prepare to sell unused clothes through live selling or in
person.

Since we are students too, we need to handle and control our time management. So,
we decided to separate our day-to-day schedule handle the children by age.

VI. TARGET BENEFICIARIES:
The Lakbay Tungo sa Karunungan Project beneficiaries are the street children
/children who are not capable to learn and go to school. The main goal of this project
is help them to read, write and be inspire of dreaming and pursuing their goals in life.

and the other volunteer teachers will be conduct a project called ESKWELARO: Engage the
educational and fun-filled tutorials. It aims to teach some students from grade 1 to 3 who are
struggling in reading and writing. This program that helps children on how to read and write,
every Saturday starting January 28, 2023. We will undergo this project to the Day Care
Center of Brgy. Bernardo Pulido, GMA Cavite to teach and to monitor the progress of
children. The materials that we needed are printed modules based on their curriculums,
chairs, and foods. After 2 and half hours we will start to have a fun activity for children feel
not bored and they will always commit to our activity. And whoever wins will have a reward,
and the remaining times will be used for them to take their snacks before leaving the place.

WEEK 1: Conduct a needs assessment to identify the number and needs of Grade 1 to 3
learners.
WEEK 2-4: Develop a strategy for teaching basic literacy skills to including creating special
programs or classes and partnering with community organizations.
WEEK 5-8: Implementing the plan, including coordinating with San Gabriel 1 Elementary
school and barangay officials to provide services and support to Grade 1-3 learners and
working with non- government agencies and other stakeholders to secure funding and other
resources.
WEEK 9-12: Evaluate the progress of the plan, including collecting and analyzing data on
attendance rates, academic performances and other relevant indicators.
V. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Our project called ESKWELARO: Engage the educational fun-filled tutorials. Teach
those students who are struggling in reading and writing from Grade 1-3 to provide
supplemental activities to their knowledge.

VI. TARGET BENEFICIARIES:
The primary target beneficiaries of the ESKWELARO project are the children who
have been enrolled to San Gabriel 1 Elementary School from Grade 1- 3 who are struggling
to reading and writing skills into their comprehensions with teachers. The project aims to
provide these children with a basic education by enhancing their reading and writing skills
letting out. Their potentials and to boost their confidences. It is important to note that the said
project will have secondary beneficiaries as well including the children's families and the
wider community. By enhancing their children with an activity that help their skills letting
out, the project aims to empower them to take control of their futures and improve their
quality, which in turn will contribute to the development of their families and to the
community.
Learning materials and supplies - this would include costs for items such as pencils and
pens, printed modules based on DepED curriculum and other necessary materials for the
students to learn (8 x 20= 240 Php. For pencils and pens, 25 x 30 = 750 for printed handouts
Food and snacks - this would include the cost of providing meals and snack to the street
children during their time in the classroom (Php. 1000)
Evaluation and assessments - This would include costs for assessment materials and other
evaluation activities, such as surveys and monitoring of the project progress such as test
papers (Php. 500)
Miscellaneous - this would include miscellaneous expenses, such as office supplies and
insurance.
Contingencies- Include extra funds to cover any unexpected costs that may arise during the
project implementation (Php 500)

VIII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION:
The assigned monitoring team will conduct the said monitoring on and after of the said
project proposal.

Input/ Findings: - A regularly collecting of data on key indicators need to be determined,
the
number of children, attendance rates, and literacy check scores that will
help to identify issues and challenges that makes arise and adjusting if
needed.
Outcomes: -Gaining of Feedbacks from the stakeholders and to the beneficiaries
will be elucidate while doing the project on-time.
Impact: the Impact to the beneficiaries will be get by their satisfaction, ratings

The Target Beneficiaries are the Malia's Homeless dogs neglected by their
owners and ended living on the streets and risk their live in order to survive because
they could hit by transportation anytime especially living along the streets can gain
bacteria that could cause medical conditions with such severe impacts in their health
so I chose Stray dogs to be my Target beneficiaries.

I. PROJECT RATIONALE:
The project itself will be done on March 11, 2023, to April 8, 2023, continuously every
2nd Saturday of the month.
V. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The youth leaders shall conduct a program for the youth of Barangay Calimag.
Since the youth will have their responsibility at home to be done every morning, they will
have their free time in the afternoon to attend our activities. We shall be inviting Jesus Touch
the Nation Christian Church pastors.
This undertaking will benefit the youth of Barangay Calimag as they are bound to make a
life- changing decision about their future and their spiritual life.
The allocation to be requested amounts to 1,000.00 pesos only good for 2 sessions. The
budget is intended to use on the listed items below.

of vital processes. As children grow and develop, they need important nutrients to
be strong and healthy. Some of the benefits of healthy eating include stable energy

Impact: The fulfillment of this project would have a necessary role and a
positive impact on children of Barangay Gavino, Maderan, for they are
about to be motivated to eat healthy food or snacks as well as for the
parents, teachers, government, and society as a whole that food is as
important as one's life.
In order to be this plan to succeed, the whole community should insert

V. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
We are going to conduct a program for the street children of the Brgy.Elises. The
street children could participate every 4th Friday of the month to our given program.
Assistance, monitoring and evaluation shall be 90% successful for the street children to
help them suppress the hunger and enjoy the food that we were going to prepare.

Input/ Findings: “DON’T LET HUNGER END OUR FUTURE "aims to encourage to
encourage a sustainable food insecurity of the children in brgy. Elises.

“May Bigas sa Basura” project aims to lessen the waste in Barangay Macario
Dacon by encouraging our barangay residents to collect their household waste,
especially the waste products that can be recycled, such as cardboards, paper,
plastic bottles, steel cans, and other more, in exchange of rice. The waste products
that would be collected will then be sold to junk shops in exchange for profit to
buy added goods for the selected residents. One kilogram of waste recycled
products will equivalent to 1 kilogram of rice.

Input/ Findings: The “May Bigas sa Basura” project aims to decrease the waste in our
barangay while also helping other citizens on our barangay that can’t
afford or need some food.
Outcomes: Through the implication of our project, we will have a clean and
healthy neighborhood and malnutrition or underweight could be

owners once more. We oversee the dogs till they are adopted and can live better.

V. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
We, a group of students shall conduct a “Dumi Free Program” for residents and street
animals of Barangay Poblacion 1. The 2-day activity includes the following:
Day 1: Cleaning up the streets and bringing the stray animals to the barangay.
Day 2: Seminar for residents as well as the animal owners of Barangay Poblacion 1
Since the residents and animal owners have worked on weekdays, the seminar will be held
on March 18, 2023, afternoon, after the clean drive is held on March 17, 2023, morning.

VIII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION:
Name of Activity: Dumi Free Project
Input/ Findings: The“Dumi Free Project” is a project of a community that aimed for
cleanliness and well health in Barangay Poblacion 1. We have
observed litters and abandoned pets in each of our respective lanes.
Outcomes: The fulfillment of this project will aim who are connected to pet
ownership may stop the abandonment of animals whose owners are
unable to care for them and help them with pet-related issues.
Additionally, to feed and care for the street animals inside the barrio.
Impact: For the benefit of the residents who breathed in animal waste and
became ill, the street and alley in Barangay Poblacion 1 are clean and
safe.
Recommendation: The residents of Barangay Poblacion 1 need to work together to
spread the message that if they care for animals, they shouldn't
abandon them if they can't care for them. Instead, they should bring
them to the barangay to begin the adoption process so they can once
again feel loved by their new owners.

finger dexterity. So, our project is to assist those in need and to assist them in achieving their
goals. "Skills ko, share ko" provides jobs and individual assistance. They are given the
opportunity to support their families. The skills they have learned will allow them to make an
impact in their community by either teaching others to sew or starting their own sewing
businesses.

“KALYESKWELA”
A community Project Proposal for Barangay Ramon Cruz
I. PROJECT RATIONALE
Street children in the Philippines are among the most marginalized and disadvantaged
groups, as they are often forced to live and work on the streets due to difficult family
circumstances. Street children are defined md as children who work or live in the streets and
living without the care of their parents or guardian. These children are often subjected to
abuse, exploitation, and neglect, and as a result, have very limited opportunities for personal
development and social integration. Without access to education, these children are at a
significant disadvantage, as they are less likely to be able to secure employment or participate
fully in society as adults.
The “KalyEskwela” project aims to break in this cycle by providing these street
children with access to education which is crucial to empower them and break the poverty
cycle. By teaching them how to read and write, the project aims to give them the tools they
need to improve their chances of breaking the cycle of poverty and achieving their full
potential. The project will be implemented in collaboration with local community
organizations and volunteers to ensure sustainability and the involvement of the community.
By providing these children with access to education, the project aims to empower them to
take control of their own futures and improve their quality of life.

VIII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION
Name of Activity: KalyEskwela
Input/ Findings: “KalyEskwela” is a community project aimed at addressing the issue
of street children in Barangay Ramon Cruz who lack basic literacy
skills. Through research and observations, it was found that many of
these children have never attended school or have dropped out early
and lack the ability to read and write.
Outcomes: Through the implementation of KalyEskwela, the project aims to
provide basic literacy education to street children in Barangay Ramon
Cruz, including the ability to read and write, as well as basic
numeracy skills.
Impact: The successful implementation of KalyEskwela would have a
significant positive impact on the street children of Barangay Ramon
Cruz by providing them with essential literacy skills that will enable
