DIRECTIONS FOR THE SCHOOL HEADS:


1. Conduct fleeting observations and observe how well the teacher performed during the
classroom observation.
2. Since this is fleeting in context, the School Head or the Master Teacher will only identify a
particular theme to observe in a few minutes. (Ex. The observer will only focus on content
for that observation or either strategy). Other indicators will be observed on other fleeting
visits.
3. Mark the appropriate column with a (/) if the indicator is evident or not evident.
4. Write down some observations in the “Remarks”column. The unmet targets reflected in
the remarks shall be the basis of PMCF.
5. Each indicator is assessed on an individual basis, regardless of each relationship to other
indicators.
