Indus is a multi-national consortium of factories manufacturing men’s, women’s, children’s apparel & home
textile. Indus is comprised of wholly-owned and joint-venture manufacturing facilities in Pakistan, Bangladesh,
Egypt and Jordan.

Cutting
Cutting department is one of the most essential sections for
garments manufacturing in Indus Plus. The fabric cutting is
started after completing the fabric spreading. In
cutting section, fabrics are cut according to the pattern. Perfect
fabric cutting depends on the method of cutting and marker
planning
Sewing
Indus plus production facilities are
equipped with the latest machinery.
We have an average capacity of over

Garment Dry Process(Special Effects)
Denim Dry Processes comes before wet process and it changes
the visual appearance by mechanical abrasion without altering
the construction and properties. The garment gets a nice look
after dry process and also it adds value to the product.
Fashionable garments are produced by the dry process
Garment Wet Process

Wet process is the main treatment for any types


of garments washing. Wet process can be done by using
different types of chemicals. Wet process section maintains
a process flow chart, which facilitate the
whole garments washing processes and make easy to achieve
desired garments shade
Finishing & Packing
In the Indus Plus, Finishing Department is the last step
of Garment manufacturing , Garment finishing consists of a
series of finishing operations performed in the garment to
improve its aesthetics, handle and functional properties.
Quality Control
State-of- the-art workrooms assure maximum productivity at every stage to achieve higher quality and superior
product. Statistical process control (SPC) methods are employed in order to monitor and control all the processes
so the company can operate at its full potential. At Indus Plus, we ensure that all of our products meet or exceed
the quality standards of our customers and various certifying organizations. To ensure strict adherence to the
quality standards, we have established business policies which conform to national and international standards.
To support these standards, stringent quality controls are conducted at various stages such as:

Indus Plus has an independent Quality Assurance department that performs all inspection and system audits on
a daily basis. All audits follow the stated Quality standards of our customers.

2022 Initiatives

 Lean 6S The complete removal of unnecessary items along with efficient workplace maximization is
sufficient to help develop improved productivity with minimal wastage of time

 Value stream mapping (VSM) is a lean manufacturing tool that seeks to map your process from supplier to
customer, highlighting the flows of product and information and identifying delays and non-value adding
processes.

 Lean Manufacturing (Continuous improvement).

 Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) is a strategy where employees at all levels of a company work together
proactively to achieve regular, incremental improvements to the manufacturing process.
