We are one of the largest garment manufacturing companies, exporting to the five continents with modern manufacturing
facilities in South East Asia. A one-stop shop specializes in Men's and Women's Denim wears. A force of 2.500 skilled
employees, from in-house designing and developing / sampling to cutting, embroidery, screen printing, heat sealing, and
sewing, washing with dry process, finishing and packing, QA auditing and shipping.

time of 90 days, depending on quantity style, washing complexity, closely following and tracking with Buyers and Suppliers

 LAUNDRY UNIT
Laundry Unit of PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi is one of the departments of PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi. We are one of
the modern laundry facilities. We cater for a complete range of all dry & wet processes of woven bottoms - casual tops of all
gender and age groups, with a total capacity to wash over 400.000 garments in a month. Laundry Unit of PT. Sandang Asia
Maju Abadi is a fully integrated facility with 5.208 square meters (0,5 hectares) building facilities. A force of 300 skilled
employees, from dry process to wet process including destroy, hole process and QA auditing.

Now the Laundry Unit of PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi offers the clients unbelievable ranges of latest and quality washes
and treatments at the most competitive prices to suit their specific needs.

In Laundry Unit of PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi, full set of Modern machineries & equipment of wide ranges in brands and
models for specific types of washes and treatments are installed in a very professional way maintaining uncompromised
qualities and incredible lot to lot consistency with a production capacity of 16,000 pcs garments within a day.

Laundry Capabilities: Simple wash to complicated wash for denim / non denim, iced wash, garment dyed, wash effect by
Laser, manual handsanding, pp spray, 3D crinkle, 3D whisker, tie up, destruction, hole process, etc.

 QUALITY ASSURANCE - THE BUYER'S CLOSEST AIDES
Quality assurance activities include fabric inspection, sample inspection, in-process sewing inspection, audit - finishing &
final random inspection. Fundamentally, the inspection is conducted base on the international standard AQL 2.5.

Fabric inspections are carried out base on 4 points system. Test - such as dimensional constancy, color fastness, skew and
other related tests are undertaken. Even based on the costumer's tests are conducted at international testing laboratories.
Tests - such as dimensional stability, color fastness, fabric / garment performance, fabric composition / analysis construction
and other related tests are undertaken base on the customer's requirements before cutting.

Every garment is measured at Sewing Lines, Washing and finishing ensuring correct measurements are followed. All rolls
are tested for shrinkage and patterns /markers are adjusted as to shrinkage.

We ensure to meet Buyer’s standards / requirements for goods shipped with no returns or claims.
PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi only deals with suppliers whose products conform to the above standards.
