Shreenathji Impex is a well-established Apparel manufacturer which provides
a wide spectrum of clothing options for Ladies, Kids & Men.
Established in April 2017, our well-equipped manufacturing facilities boast a
cumulative production capacity of 50,000+ pieces per month. We offer a
variety of styles and designs to cater to different preferences and occasions.
We believe it's important to continue to innovate and stay up-to-date with
the latest fashion trends to remain competitive in the market.

LEADERSHIP/PROMOTERS
Jai Kishan Motiani - The promoter of the company, had a passion for the
garment industry, while he was in Government Service.
After retiring from his services in RIICO, he created Shreenathji Impex.
With his astute way of building long term relation, he focuses on business
strategy and looks after every day working of the company.
Kushal Motiani - Focuses on Marketing and Business Development and

has an answer to anything related to business or otherwise.
Deepjyoti Motiani - Looks after the everyday production of the

company. She has established the Manufacturing and Production
processes in the company and is the driving force of the Organization’s
operations.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Spread over a 16000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art area situated on main 200 ft. wide Jagatpura
Road, Apparel Park in Jaipur (located very close to Jaipur International Airport), we have
dedicated cutting section, sample room, large production unit (over 70 stitching
machines)and in-house ironing and finishing department.
Our facility is built in over a 1000 square metre industrial plot.

maintain uniformity in product delivery. Utmost attention is paid to intricate
details and designs. From sourcing of material to delivery at client’s doorstep,
consistent quality control processes and procedures are maintained.

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
A creative team of qualified designers creates innovative styles and designs
everyday keeping abreast with the latest fashion trends. The team constantly
comprehends the changing needs and demands of market and customers to craft
unique styles and patterns.
PRE-PRODUCTION FACILITY
Efficient production can’t be reached without the pre-production process.
To ensure smooth production we follow the following process
Fabric Checking –
- Fabric is physically checked and rejected fabric is eliminated.
- A part of the fabric is washed to check colour fastness, print bleeding and
shrinkage.
- Few samples are send for GPT to ensure that the garment is fit for wearing.
- Patterns are made manually and using CAD.
- PP sample and size set are made to check proper measurement, before starting
production.
SAMPLING DEPARTMENT
PRODUCTION FACILITY
-Garment production is a well-organized process that includes various steps.
These are laying, marking, cutting, stitching, checking, finishing, pressing, and
packaging. This is the process of transforming raw materials into final goods.
-We use Single Needle UBT stitch and Two-needle 4 & 5 thread Overlock
Machines from a reputed brand to ensure world-class stitching quality.
-We also use Feed Off Arm, Flat Lock, Fusing, Button, and Buttonhole machines
for quality garment production.
-Tailors are properly instructed and issued samples and measurement sheets
before starting stitching process. Line Masters ensure quality at every step of
garment stitching.
-Proper record of broken needle is maintained.
-Pattern for cuff, collar, placket etc are issued to tailors and every step required.
CUTTING DEPARTMENT
STITCHING DEPARTMENT
POST PRODUCTION FACILITY
This is the final step and involves embellishments. The stage ensures the
garment comes out looking up to the mark. The finest details are checked and
added to the garment at this stage.
The finishing stage includes adding accessories that include the following:
· Buttoning
· Hand work
. Adding tassels or other accessories
By adding these embellishments, the step ensures the garment has the desired
appearance.
Finishing also ascertains that the functionality of the fabric is intact.
In other words, this stage is all about making the outfit look great. At this stage
we:
· Wash the garments, which includes softener washing, silicon washing, etc.
· Dye - to add the effect of tie-dye, etc
For final finishing we :
- Check the garment for broken needle
- Thread cutting of the garment to ensure no loose threads are there in the
final garment
- Initial and final checking of the garment along with alter making
- Use spotting machine and electric boiler and steam press irons to give the
final look to the garment.
FINISHING DEPARTMENT
OUR PRODUCTS
We specialise in the production and export of various types of clothing, including

ethnic and western wear for kids, ladies, and men.
This includes traditional Indian wear such as lehangas, salwar kameez, kurtis,
cotton dresses, pajamas, as well as Western-style clothing like dresses, skirts, and
shirts.
