ever supportive Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Melissa S. Sanchez, PhD.
And now, it’s time to hear another inspirational message from our equally and highly esteemed Schools Division
Superintendent Engr. Edgard C. Domingo, PhD, CESO V.
At this juncture, let us all be emboldened with the inspirational message of our Educational Program
Supervisor Regional Office for her inspirational message- Angelica M. Burayag, PhD.

inspiring woman in the field of education, dear teachers, the woman of virtue, Ma’am Maria Carmen M. Evangelista -

Offices. She is a graduate of Angeles University Foundation with a degree of Bachelor of Education in
Elementary Major in General Science. She had her Master’s Degree in Educational Management at Holy
Angel University in 2017.
She also had had a training on Enhancing the School’s Learning Environment within a Well-Functioning
School- Based Management System and the Conduct of Classroom Based Research” – International
Seminar Workshop in Educational Management, School leadership and Research and
Holistic Expressive Arts Training (HEART) –Training of Trainers (ToT)
She was able to elevate her Action Research Proposal about “Enhancing Science Education Through
Practical Work Approach and Technology in Calzadang Bayu Elementary School” (to the Division Level)

Moving right along to our next speaker, she was a graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in Christian

Good afternoon! Welcome back to our DIVISION RE-ORIENTATION & UPDATES ON THE

Wow! That’s a long introduction. Dear teachers, let us all welcome Sir Kim D. Galang of Sto Rosario
National High School to present and discuss to us the HG Learner's Development Assessment for Kinder,
Primary, Intermediate, JHS and SHS.
Thank you very much our dear speakers for the comprehensive and informative talk. It’s so good to be
refreshed and be updated about the HGP implementation for us to be fully equipped and prepared on
the implementation of HGP in the new normal education.

guidance to help our teachers be more effective..through this kind of webinar series.. Even though we
are apart, we still manage to be one and united. To exert an effort and find more ways to be fully
equipped and prepared despite the new normal set up. Kuddos po!
Yesterday, we have learned about the Context of Homeroom Guidance rationale and history. We also tackled
the Homeroom Guidance Most Essential Learning Competencies, Procedures, Roles & Responsibilities of DepEd
Offices, Assessment of Learner’s Development & Monitoring of Program, as well as the the different tools that we
can use in assessing our student’s performance and level. We were able to hear and grasp the information
that were laid out by our speakers. Now, It’s time to strengthen our understanding by observing and
learning about the different avenues/ways that we can use on the effective implementation of HGP for
the SY 2021-2022. This day will be more meaningful because we will be able to witness the best
practices of other schools in HGP implementation as well the sample teaching demonstrations, that may
serve as a guide for us to adapt and deliver more quality education to our dear leaners.

She had her Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management in 2016 at
Pampanga State Agricultural University.
She doesn’t stop learning, in 2018, she finished her Master’s Degree in Education major in
Religious Education at Holy Angel University
One of the significant seminars she attended was the seminar about Simplified Approach in
doing Research with SPSS Application: A Classroom Research Perspective.
She is currently a Grade 12-Adviser, SHS Guidance Designate, CPP Coordinator,SHS Focal
Person, and School Property Custodian.
Dear teachers, allow me to give the virtual floor to Ma’am Analyn E. Baclay as she presents the HG
Best Practices (Junior High School)
I am delighted to introduce the next speaker, who’s going to discuss about the Senior High School HG best practices.
There you have it! You were able to witness the HG Best Practices for each grade level. We believe we were
able to learn something from those presentations/discussions. Learnings that we can use and apply in our
school and effective implementation of HGP at this time of pandemic. Our situation may be tough, but we believe
that teachers are way tougher! We work as one and we always dig for ways to give quality education for our
learners!
So, now, it’s time to flex the teaching demonstrations in HG that our speakers prepared for us today. Let us all
give our undivided attention for us to observe and adapt different techniques that we can use and develop.

Our next speaker graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in
General Science at Pampanga State Agricultural University.
She took up her Master’s degree in Educational Management at St. Anthony College of
Technology
And currently taking up her doctoral degree in educational management.
Teacher III in San Pablo Elem School and the District Guidance Coordinator- Magalang South

MA’AM RICA: Teaching Demonstrations (HG Grade 11) - Andrea G. Lalusin- Andres Luciano High School
Our last speaker finished her Bachelor Degree in Education Major in General Science at Pampanga State
Agricultural University. She also had her Master’s Degree in General Science in the same university.
One the significant trainings that she attended was the 2017 Regional Mass Training of Senior High
School Teachers in the Academic Subjects – Science
She even received DO Pampanga Gawad Parangal for coaching different writing contests in journalism.
