Intro: The Homeroom Guidance Program Committee is truly grateful to have you here with us today!
Thank you dear teachers for gracing us with your presence despite your hectic schedule. We really can’t
deny the fact that teachers are one of the most flexible, hardworking, and compassionate human
beings!

MA’AM RICA: Yes, you’re right sir ronel. They’re really selfless and committed to their calling which is
the teaching prof. We, teachers, do not stop learning and attending different trainings and webinars like
this - - all for the sake of our dear learners.

I would also take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to our Technical Working Group: Ma’am
Carolina B. Ibe, Ma’am Viola Marilla, Ma’am Annalyn Calma, and of course Sir Krstjan T. Gonzales,

To kick off this morning’s program, we are very pleased to have here with us our ever beloved and

Moving right along, it is now my honor to call in our SDO dynamic Leaders to give us their inspirational
messages. Let’s us be inspired and moved as we listen to an inspirational message from our dynamic and
ever supportive Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Melissa S. Sanchez, PhD.

And now, it’s time to hear another inspirational message from our equally and highly esteemed Schools Division
Superintendent Engr. Edgard C. Domingo, PhD, CESO V.

At this juncture, let us all be emboldened with the inspirational message of our Educational Program
Supervisor Regional Office for her inspirational message- Angelica M. Burayag, PhD.

At this point of time, let us all lend our ears as we are about to hear the Statement of Purpose coming from another
inspiring woman in the field of education, dear teachers, the woman of virtue, Ma’am Maria Carmen M. Evangelista -
Education Program Supervisor in ESP/TVL and TLE.

You know what sir ronel, we are very grateful no for this opportunity that we’re able to conduct webinars like this to
orient our teachers on the revised implementation guidelines of Homeroom Guidance (HG) for S.Y. 2021-
2022. We have a lot on our plate today until tomorrow no. Because we really prepared sessions,
discussions, and demonstrations that will surely help our participants familiarize themselves in crafting
different teaching materials in HGP such as contextualized and localized HGP modules and RBI scripts;
and to identify and comprehend the Most Essential Learning Competencies and Monitoring and
Evaluation Tools of HG. We also aim to guide the participants on how modules/teaching resources of HG
can be effectively delivered through teaching demonstrations.

all welcome our first lecturer, all the way from the Mexico South District, to discuss with us the Context of Homeroom
Guidance (Rationale & History), dear teachers, let’s all have the Public Schools District Supervisor of Mexico South,

 Dear teachers, allow to me introduce to you our next speaker, She was an alumnus of New Era University
and graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
 She also had her Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counselling in the same university.
 Currently, she is the Designated Guidance Counselor and ESP Coordinator in GUILLERMO D.MENDOZA
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
 And the vice president of Guidance Counsellors’ Association of Guagua, Pampanga.

SIR RONEL: Procedure Roles & Responsibilities of DepEd Offices

 Allow me to present to you our next speaker to discuss the Procedure, Roles & Responsibilities of DepEd
Offices. She is a graduate of Angeles University Foundation with a degree of Bachelor of Education in
Elementary Major in General Science. She had her Master’s Degree in Educational Management at Holy
Angel University in 2017.
 She also had had a training on Enhancing the School’s Learning Environment within a Well-Functioning
School- Based Management System and the Conduct of Classroom Based Research” – International
Seminar Workshop in Educational Management, School leadership and Research and
 Holistic Expressive Arts Training (HEART) –Training of Trainers (ToT)
 She was able to elevate her Action Research Proposal about “Enhancing Science Education Through
Practical Work Approach and Technology in Calzadang Bayu Elementary School” (to the Division Level)
 Dear teachers, the district guidance coordinator of Porac East, let us all have Ma’am Kimberly S. Lopez.

MA’AM RICA: Assessment of Learner’s Development & Monitoring of Program (Part 1)

Moving right along to our next speaker, she was a graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in Christian
Education and Currently taking her Master’s Degree in Education Major in Guidance & Counseling at Dr.
Gloria D. Lacson Foundation Colleges, Inc.

Good afternoon! Welcome back to our DIVISION RE-ORIENTATION & UPDATES ON THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF HOMEROOM GUIDANCE PROGRAM WEBINAR. We hope you have enjoyed your
sumptuous lunch! Eating is not yet over, because aside from feeding your physical body, we would also
love to feed your mind with so much learning and useful information that you can use to deliver learning
effectively and be updated and informed about our HGP implementation in the new normal education.
Without further ado, let us now start our afternoon session! I am delighted to call in again, Ma’am
Princess P. Gozales, Designated Guidance Counselor of Camba High School to continue presenting to us
the Monitoring & Evaluation - Assessment of Learner’s Development & Monitoring of Program.

Thank you very much Ma’am Princess Gonzales for that comprehensive and very informative discussion.

MA’AM RICA: And now, it is time to go over the different monitoring tools in HGP that we can use to
assess ourselves and our learners on the effective implementation of Homeroom Guidance Program,
especially at this time of new normal education.

School , to present and discuss to us the HG Class Observation Tool, School Implementation Tool
(School Level), HG Division Monitoring and Evaluation Tool, and HG Regional Monitoring and Evaluation

 He is a servant leader and well skilled mentor of the 21 st century learner. He is a graduate of
Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Religious and Values Education at the University of
the Assumption.
 He is currently taking his masters degree in Educational Management and currently writing his

GUIDANCE COUNSELORS AND DESIGNATES, TEACHERS: FORGE A PARADIGM IN SERVICE
TRAINING, and LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP AT ATENEO DE NAGA.
Wow! That’s a long introduction. Dear teachers, let us all welcome Sir Kim D. Galang of Sto Rosario
National High School to present and discuss to us the HG Learner's Development Assessment for Kinder,
Primary, Intermediate, JHS and SHS.

refreshed and be updated about the HGP implementation for us to be fully equipped and prepared on
the implementation of HGP in the new normal education.

are apart, we still manage to be one and united. To exert an effort and find more ways to be fully

MA’AM RICA: RECAP

Yesterday, we have learned about the Context of Homeroom Guidance rationale and history. We also tackled
the Homeroom Guidance Most Essential Learning Competencies, Procedures, Roles & Responsibilities of DepEd
Offices, Assessment of Learner’s Development & Monitoring of Program, as well as the the different tools that we
can use in assessing our student’s performance and level. We were able to hear and grasp the information
that were laid out by our speakers. Now, It’s time to strengthen our understanding by observing and
learning about the different avenues/ways that we can use on the effective implementation of HGP for
the SY 2021-2022. This day will be more meaningful because we will be able to witness the best
practices of other schools in HGP implementation as well the sample teaching demonstrations, that may
serve as a guide for us to adapt and deliver more quality education to our dear leaners.

 Our speaker is a product of Guagua Ntnl Colleges and graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Education
Major in English.
 She is currently taking her Master’s degree in Educational Management in the same institution.

Ma’am Ellaine Francisco See. Let us give her a virtual applause.

MA’AM RICA: Let’s now dive into the Homeroom Guidance Best Practices. Our next set of speakers will flex the
different HG Best practices for each level.

I am pleased to welcome our speaker;

 She had her Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management in 2016 at
Pampanga State Agricultural University.
 She doesn’t stop learning, in 2018, she finished her Master’s Degree in Education major in
Religious Education at Holy Angel University
 One of the significant seminars she attended was the seminar about Simplified Approach in
doing Research with SPSS Application: A Classroom Research Perspective.
 She is currently a Grade 12-Adviser, SHS Guidance Designate, CPP Coordinator,SHS Focal
Person, and School Property Custodian.
Dear teachers, allow me to give the virtual floor to Ma’am Analyn E. Baclay as she presents the HG
Best Practices (Junior High School)

MA’AM RICA: Next stop, HG Best Practices (Senior High School)

I am delighted to introduce the next speaker, who’s going to discuss about the Senior High School HG best practices.

 He took up BSED English at PSAU and graduated as Cum Laude.


 He finished his Master’s degree in Education Major in English at Pampanga State Agricultural University.
 And currently taking up Doctoral Degree in English Language and Literature at La Consolacion University
Philippines-Malolos Campus
 He also received various awards and recognition in the field of education:
 Recognition for Research Oral Presentation, Tokyo, Japan on March 2019
 Recognition for Exemplary Performance, Justino Sevilla High School

 Recognition for Outstanding Teacher, Justino Sevilla High School
 Dear teachers, let’s give the spotlight to Sir Daniel C. Reyes, The designated Guidance Advocate of

SIR RONEL: Teaching Demonstrations (HG Kinder)

There you have it! You were able to witness the HG Best Practices for each grade level. We believe we were
able to learn something from those presentations/discussions. Learnings that we can use and apply in our
school and effective implementation of HGP at this time of pandemic. Our situation may be tough, but we believe
that teachers are way tougher! We work as one and we always dig for ways to give quality education for our
learners!

So, now, it’s time to flex the teaching demonstrations in HG that our speakers prepared for us today. Let us all
give our undivided attention for us to observe and adapt different techniques that we can use and develop.

 Our next speaker graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in
General Science at Pampanga State Agricultural University.
 She took up her Master’s degree in Educational Management at St. Anthony College of
Technology
 And currently taking up her doctoral degree in educational management.
 Teacher III in San Pablo Elem School and the District Guidance Coordinator- Magalang South
District.

 She was able to attend various significant seminars and trainings like
 International Training Workshop on 21st Century Teaching-Learning Pedagogies (Demonstration Teacher),
 Division Training on the Use of Inquiry Based Approach in Teaching (Demonstration Teacher)
 Currently, she is the Cluster 1 YES-O Coordinator

Down to our last speaker.

 Our last speaker finished her Bachelor Degree in Education Major in General Science at Pampanga State
Agricultural University. She also had her Master’s Degree in General Science in the same university.
 One the significant trainings that she attended was the 2017 Regional Mass Training of Senior High
School Teachers in the Academic Subjects – Science
 She even received DO Pampanga Gawad Parangal for coaching different writing contests in journalism.
