Mindfulness and Self Care


Abstract/Summary
Mindsets and
Behaviors
This lesson focuses on the need to incorporate self-care and mindfulness into the
lives of our students. First, students are asked to explore the differences between
stress and anxiety. The lesson then moves into educating students about coping
skills and how mindfulness can serve as a coping skill. Through a series of activities M1: Belief in development in
