    Objectives:

    1. to ensure that incoming learners are registered for the school year and

    2. to conduct early registration through online and face to face

    3. to help the school make necessary preparations and incoming plans for the
    incoming school year.

    PART 2
    NARRATIVE REPORT

    1. Introduction

    In compliance with DepEd Memorandum No.008 s.2021” Deferment of the


    conduct of Early Registration for School Year 2021-2022”.The Department of Education has declared
    the day of Early Registration in all public schools prioritizing all kindergarten and Grade 1 pupils. To
    ensure that incoming learners are registered for the school year 2021-2022 and to help the school
    make necessary preparations and plans for the incoming school year, The San Rafael-Natividad
    Elementary School herby enjoins all concern personnel to conduct an Early Registration from March
    28 to April 30,2021.

    Prior to the Early Registration Day, necessary preparation was made:


    like hanging of tarpaulins and posting of announcement to the social media through facebook,
    messenger and GC were made, so that parents in the community where really informed.
    Neighboring community are also informed about the early enrolment program. Because of
    these collaboration between the school and parents, on the day of registration, many parents
    responded , some of them registered their children through call and text. Our school also
    welcomed the parents, who enrolled their children to

    the school face to face following the COVID19 Health and Safety protocols which was headed
    by the kindergarten Adviser-Maricar F. Laserna and Grade 1 Adviser-Gina M. Fallorina and
    was supervised by the school principal-Boots De mesa Labrador. Parents presented the
    children’s birth certificates and enrolment form to the respective adviser. At the end of the
    month, We had our enrolment of 14 in kindergarten and 31 in Grade 1. The process during the
    early registration has been done smoothly and successful.
