Zobele India Pvt. Ltd., Daman. (18th Feb 2021 – 18th June 2021)
Project title: Manufacturing cost reduction by 1% of a product using VSM (Value Stream Mapping):
• Led a cross functional team aiming a cost reduction initiative and other project deliverables.
• Used Value Stream Mapping, MS Excel, Lean tools, Root Cause Analysis, Gap analysis etc.
• Various idea generation sessions were carried out and executed to check the feasibility, reliability, Capex/Opex etc.
• Complete analysis was carried out of a production line to obtain and study various trends using Graphical and
Statistical Visualizations.
• Final report was submitted including the analytical study of the production line and the recommendations for reaching
the main objective.
Bajaj Auto Ltd. Akurdi, Pune. (1st June 2020 – 16thJuly 2020)
Project title: Quality measurement of a product at a given workshop.
• To measure the Manufacturing Quality of a Product and Repair Quality of the process.
• Understood, analyzed, and deal with all measurement KPIs.
• Mapping of various parameter wise trends and benchmarking the observation with other competing OEMs.
• Recommend new parameters to be set so as to achieve the desired objectives.

Smart India Hackathon 2020 (Jan 2020 – July 2020)

Getfit: A chat bot which will work on Mindmeld capabilities and will be used for increasing wellness tourism in India.
• Objectives - To create a context-based NLP engine Chatbot for wellness tourism using Mindmeld.
• Tools Used - Machine Learning, NLP, Mindmeld.
• Outcome - The chatbot that is able to guide the user for performing different yoga postures with images, steps, and
videos. Users are also given suggestions and recommendations on various wellness hubs and yoga centers from all over
India based on their queries. Users can also check and book flights, trains, and hotels for their travel.
Achievements
• Got selected for apprenticeship at Zobele India Pvt. Ltd.
• Finalists (All India top 5) of Smart India Hackathon 2020 in presenting the idea of creating a chat-bot using mind meld
capabilities for the tourism industry.
• Appointed as Training and Placement coordinator of the mechanical branch
