    SURFACE PREPARATION

    Tiled area must have cured at least 24 hours prior to Tile Grout application. Clean
    tiles & tile joints from excess tile adhesive & other loose material before applying Bathroom / Shower area Kitchen / Dining
    the tile grout. Dampen tile joints with a sponge or brush using clean water only.

    APPLICATION GUIDE

    1. Mixing MIXING RATIO


    Mix in small quantities only since it has
    short pot life. Follow the exact mixing Tile Grout ABC Tile Grout

    ratio, otherwise it will change the Waterproofing
    consistency & properties of the mix. 2kg Tile Grout Original
    750 ml
    NEVER add water. Shake Tile Grout 2kg Bio-Tech Tile Grout
    Waterproofing well and pour into a plastic 1125 ml 5kg Sanded Tile Grout
    pail. Add ABC Tile Grout. Stir to achieve a
    workable, pasty consistency. Use a low speed mixer for best results. Use immediately.
    Caution: Use only non-absorptive materials as mixing base (plastic
    pail or G.I. sheet). If absorptive materials such as plywood, wooden box, Driveway / Outdoor area Pool / Water feature
    gypsum board, fiber cement board or cardboard is used, it will affect the
    chemical properties of the product, which can result in bonding failure and COVERAGE
    poor product performance.

    2. Application POT LIFE
    Spread tile grout mixture diagonally Tile Grout Original 30 x 30cm 3mm 8m2
    using a rubber-faced float or squeegee. 20 Bio-Tech Tile Grout 30 x 30cm 3mm 8m2
    Apply pressure to fill joints uniformly. minutes
    Sanded Tile Grout 10 x 10cm 10mm 2m2
    Observe Pot Life of 20 minutes. Apply

    When stored in a cool dry place & in its original unopened packaging, ABC Tile
    Grout Waterproofing will remain usable one year from date of manufacture.
