    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, REICHER D. DUMALUAN, Filipino, of legal age, single, and resident of Bolod, Panglao,
    Bohol, do hereby name, constitute and appoint MICHAEL A. BAGAIPO, also Filipino, of legal age,
    and resident of Cogon, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in
    my stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds:

    1. To represent me in all phases of the processing for the title of two (2) parcels of land
    situated at Tawala, Panglao, Bohol, identified as Lot No. 4588-A and Lot No. 4584,
    which properties I and my brother Reichson D. Dumaluan purchased;
    2. To sign, execute and submit any document in relation thereto with the appropriate
    government agencies/offices such as the DENR, BIR, Register of Deeds and the
    Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR);
    3. To pay taxes, fees, secure clearances, certifications, copies of tax declarations, and all
    other papers and documents in connection thereto, from the appropriate government
    offices and agencies;
    4. To do all other acts which are necessary in order to carry out the purpose of this
    authorization;

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
    do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority
    as fully as to all intent and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present and
    hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorneys-in-fact shall do by virtue hereof.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our signatures this 19 th day of August 2021,
    in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines.
