Processing Questions
Lesson 2: Sociological and Anthropological Perspective

Name of Student: Sheena Fe G. Vecina Course & Yr.: BSED- Social Studies, First Year

Let’s try to process the activity by answering the following questions:

1. Was it hard to find words which you think how other people think of you?
I find a little bit difficult in finding words on how other people think of me because I am
conscious if I might just misunderstood on how they really think of me as a person, and so I just
based the words that I’ve record earlier on how they see and on how thy use to describe or talk
about me to others and to me personally.

2. Can you say that how these people see or think about you is true? Explain your answer.
I can say that it is true but at the same time no. True because personally, I found myself
portraying and having those qualities in me but at the same time no, because they only know me
for what they see in me or on what I just choose to let them see and not exactly on who I really am
as a person, in other words they only know some part of me but not as a whole individual.

3. What do you think is the reason why they have/haven’t the same thinking of who are as to
yourself?
Maybe the reason why we haven’t have the same way of thinking to who I really am is, it is
because they haven’t really get to know me yet. They haven’t witness to what I exactly do and to
what I behave in every minute of my life. Also, personal space is present wherein there is always a
gap between me and to other people and that become a reason why they haven’t seen the real me.

4. What conclusion can you make based from the activity?

The activity serve as way of making me realize that if there is only one person who has the
ability in knowing the real you is no other than but yourself, but on the other hand we need
others to make us know ourselves better. There are some who says that they haven’t know
themselves fully and I am one of those, but I think time is what is needed for us to fully
understand and unveil the real us as a whole, and as an individual. Other people could also be a
great help in finding out to who we really are because I believe that it takes someone to see us
first and tell who we really are before we realize and be able to see ourselves. Sometimes, we
need a mirror, we need others in order to view ourselves, to view the real us.
