Annotation
The improvements made on the ILMs caters on the needs of the child
here specifically on the need of the student to be able to improve his focus on studying ,
completing the module while the other student is for him to improve his reading
comprehension. To suits the best strategy for the need and interest of the students ,

Annotation
The training I attended was part of my Professional Goals which I really
here desire to undergo the training like those. So I was happy that during INSET I was
able to attend the online training. This is very important to me because I wanted
to try for online learning or to make an interactive module for my students.

PPST Strand : 7.4 – Professional reflection and learning to improve practice

Through implementing the LDMs I   learned   new skills that will


serve my students at a distance . I had done things that I never thought  I could do in the
past like making the ILMP, WLP and also making some modifications on learning
resources just to cater the needs , strengths, interest and experience of each student I
have.
It is a learning fun , and I thought I will not be able to do it but here I am ….. I am
done it .   I also  spend some extra time with my students even parents because in need to
be online on our GC’s to entertain their queries or clarifications. .

With the use of modules as an alternative instructional design for the  learning  of my
students it also gives satisfaction to them since they can feel the presence and participation
of their family while they are answering the module.
The students work on their own and my role  is to guide and monitor the progress of
my students in doing their individual tasks.

I collaborated with student in self-development and responsibility and also with my


colleagues to gain some additional knowledge and information . Although it is a limited
opportunity for students to interact and collaborative with their classmates, I managed to

provide environment, materials, and guidance for individual  learning. Likewise I provided


prompt and accurate feedback to students to facilitate  learning through our Subject GCs.

There were however some problems that I encountered in distance learning which
includes the quality of instruction, misuse of technology, and the attitudes students. Each
one of these has an effect on the overall quality of distance learning  as a product.
However, by undergoing this LDM I managed to overcome the challenges . I seek academic
advising through LAC sessions, attended training and seminars that will equipped me more

and most importantly I manage my time. I am looking forward for the next school year ..I
am better than before!!

Annotation
This is our conversation with my students on our Group Chat ESP 7-10..
here Inside our group chat are the information about the requirements in our class, when is
the due. Also in the group chat I give feedbacks to the submitted output like I
congratulate students who have best outputs and also give motivation those students
who didn’t submitted yet their outputs. They are free to ask question, clarify and also
I can ask them of how they are doing in their studies.
