I NIKHIL GUNTAMUKKALA born in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. I wish to pursue

I have completed my secondary schooling from Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh
(SSC) in March 2012 with an aggregate of 77%. I had chosen Mathematics, Physics, and
Chemistry in my intermediate and completed in the year 2014 from Andhra Pradesh Board of
Intermediate Education Examination with an aggregate of 81%. I further enrolled for a Bachelors
of Business Management (BBM) – 3 years course in the year 2014 for my under graduation in Aditya
Degree College, Affiliated to Andhra University, Visakhapatnam (AU). I have completed the course
in 2017 with an aggregate of 72.6%. Thus, BBM was a direct consequence of my convictions.
Subjects like Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Finance Management,
Business Mathematics and Statistics, Computer course, etc., I had spent more time in internship than
theoretical classes, which helped me gain all the practical knowledge which would be helpful in real
life. To tell you more about my interest, the final year project “EMPLOYEE RETENTION AND
STRATEGIES.” Its objective is the maintenance of better human relations in the organization by
the development, application and evaluation of policies, procedures and programs relating to human
resources to optimize their contribution towards the realization of organizational objectives.

I am an extrovert candidate from childhood and used to take lead in technical and cultural fests during
my undergraduate. As it is well known that if fests are successful the primary or the sole reason
should be accredited to the leader as he plays a key role in organizing and interacting with juniors&
sponsors. I used to direct my fellow mates their roles & responsibilities in a clear manner so that we
all together could achieve the goal collectively; this gave me a chance to coordinate & negotiate with
all the vendors and finalize the requirements.

After completing my Graduation, I worked as Senior Customer Service Representative In Concentrix

Studying management Subjects helped me to understand concepts in and around the world. Some
of the subjects Industrial Management, Managerial Economics and Financial Analysis in my under
graduation have laid the basic understanding of spin of the world. A business starting at one place
doesn’t end at the same place. It’s a cyclic functionality and needs vast exposure to the changing
business or corporate environment. Studying in UK would provide those important insights which
will lead me to be a better manager and take higher responsibilities and pertain good leadership
skills. Since the UK Universities give more practical teaching rather than a theory class it gets
easier to work with my peers in my home country. India is growing with international companies
and the demand for employment is high among the graduates, therefore it is important for me to be
more advanced and skilled and build unique profile and grab the opportunity in a much deserving
manner.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) would help me enhance my communication skills,
presentation skills, corporate behaviour, and leadership capability and better equip me to be a work
ready candidate in today’s completive global market place. I will be a specialist in a given discipline
with better intellectual rigor which will help me evaluate, analyse, and take suitable decisions
whenever any problem arises. This course will definitely add strength to my profile, which would
help me to gain vast cross culture experience and practical knowledge. I will return to my home
country as a better professional by gaining an international insight and well equipped to serve my
country.
I will have exposure to an international working environment while completing my projects and
internship. Marketing always interests me which is a pathway would provide key concepts related
consumers and retailer relations, digital advertising, or selling and distribution which acts as the
most important stage in a business process as selling the product at an expected price to a consumer
is the ultimate goal of the firm. The master’s program increases my capability to adapt to situations,
embrace other cultures, strategize and engage with my peers and clients in a positive way. It will
help me gain all the above exposure and make me a very suitable candidate to be hired by the Indian
international companies like Reliance industries, Amazon, Google, TATA, Deloitte, Mc kinsey &
company etc. and I would probably be best suitable to take up the role as a financial controller,
business development director, marketing director, international trade and customs manager,
international foreign policy advisor etc. I know that my friends who have already gained a master’s
degree from UK have an edge over their competition for jobs in India.

Once Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam rightly said “climbing to the top demands strength, whether it is to the
top of Mount Everest or to the top of your career” and I believe that in every profession we chose it’s
important to fight till we reach our goal. Also continuous improvement is necessary for progress,
discipline, knowledge and proper guidance. I am sure that the experience and the quality of education
I will gain and impeccable guidance I will acquire from the top-class faculty would shape me in the
learning mode all my life by studying in your Esteemed University. It will help me gain self-
confidence to grow as a good and responsible citizen in personal and professional career. I assure
