    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

    SALVACION B. BARTE of legal age, Filipino, single and with


    residence and postal address at Barangay Can-adieng, Ormoc City, Leyte,
    Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER/VENDOR;

    -AND-

    SPOUSES BELINDA B. TAN and JOSEPH JULIUS B. TAN both of


    legal age, Filipinos, married to each other and resident of Barangay Can-
    adieng, Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the
    VENDEES;

    W I T N E S S E T H:

    WHEREAS, the SELLER/VENDOR is the registered and lawful owner of


    a certain parcel of land covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg.
    P-48211 under Kaloob na Patente Blg. 083703-03225 under Tax Dec.
    No. 03-0011-00159-R13 situated in Barangay San Pedro, Albuera, Leyte,
    containing an area of One Thousand Six Hundred Three (1,603) Square
    Meters more or less and more particularly described as follows:

    by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYERS/VENDEES a total of
    One Thousand Six Hundred Three (1,603) Square Meters more
    or less., her heirs and assigns, the certain parcel of land together with
    all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and
    encumbrance of whatever nature including real taxes as of the date of
    this sale.

    Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines as full payment of a certain parcel of land
    covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-48211 under Kaloob
    na Patente Blg. 083703-03225 situated in Barangay San Pedro, Albuera,
    Leyte, containing an area of One Thousand Six Hundred Three(1,603)
    Square Meters more or less.
