    COMES NOW Respondent Municipality of thru the


    undersigned counsel files the foregoing Notice of Appeal from the
    Decision dated rendered by the DENR – Regional
    Office No. VIII,

    Respondent received a copy of the Order of the denial of its motion


    for reconsideration on August 11 and has until the 26 th of August or
    15 days from receipt of the said order, within which to file this Notice
    as provided under DENR Administrative Order No. 87, series of 1990.

    RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED.

    Tacloban City, August 26, 2021.

    EXPLANATION OF SERVICE

    A copy of the foregoing Notice was furnished to the complainant by


    registered mail for lack of personnel to effect personal service. Thus,
    personal service is impractical under the circumstances.
